The additional three guest rooms and two bathrooms are located down the hall from the family room. Large sectional couch and Smart TV with streaming capabilities are perfect for movie nights. A variety of puzzles and games available will entertain kids of all ages. Washer/dryer are available to our guests. Central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable during your stay.

Enjoy sunbathing and dining al fresco on the large deck. Propane grill available. Take a plunge into the salty water from the private dock and rinse off in the spacious outdoor shower - a summertime must!

    Absolutely stunning...from the breathtaking views to the immaculate, well appointed and beautifully decorated interior, this rental is a 5 star. The homeowner was incredibly helpful and kind welcoming us with a lovely hostess gift. The lay out of the home was ideal for an extended family. The en suite was ideal for my older dad and the additional 3 bedrooms provided ample space distanced far enough that the night giggles didn't keep anyone awake.
    The most popular gathering space was the large deck where we enjoyed watching the kids paddle away in the calm waters while enjoying a cocktail and the gorgeous water views. The private dock was popular with the kids for fishing and after a long day at the beach we ALL LOVED to jump into the warm waters. show more show less

    Perfect Home

    This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It is not only absolutely beautiful, but incredibly functional. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The views are just amazing, and the access into the water from the private dock was so much fun. We rented kayaks for the week and the kids had so much fun exploring the water while I enjoyed the views from the patio. Lauren has thought of everything to make this stay a true vacation! We can not wait to return. A true gem!!

    Absolutely Perfect

    Absolutely perfect is the only way I can describe this property. Lauren, the host was so accommodating with all of our questions and all the little details to make our stay so special. We have been vacationing on Cape Cod for over 20 years and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. Let's begin with the setting, Unbelievable! The views are magnificent!!!! Sitting on the back deck in the morning having my coffee was my favorite. Our kids loved being out there at night and they loved using the paddle boards out to the bay. That was so much fun! As for the home itself, the rooms are all so pretty and comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of 10. I can't recommend this property enough.     This spacious, waterfront home features open concept living space inside and a large deck with beautiful views to enjoy outside. The private dock offers easy access to all water activities.

    West Dennis has a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, golf courses, bike, kayak and paddle board rentals. Also nearby are the Whydah Pirate Museum, Water Park, trampoline parks, fishing charters, Whale Watching cruises, ferries to the islands, and countless other activities.
