Directly across the street from Bass River Marina, this is the perfect spot for your Cape getaway. Spend the day boating, beachcombing, relaxing by the backyard pool or on your own private patio and private balcony. Golf at two of the Cape's best courses and enjoy the best beaches on Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy dinner and live music at one of two restaurants across the street or one of many other wonderful restaurants close by. Come check out all that Cape Cod has to offer!

Arrive onto your private patio with a table, chairs and electric grill and enter into the first floor which offers an open concept living room/kitchen area. The fully-equipped kitchen has basic cooking tools and a dining peninsula with four seats. The living room has two pull-out sofa beds (one full size, one twin size) and a smart TV. A bathroom with stand up shower complete the first floor.

Upstairs you’ll find another bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed, smart TV and access to your private balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds and inground pool.

    We have spent a lot of time renovating our home to make it a special place to stay. We enjoy making our guests stays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

    What is special about this property?
    A great place to stay with family, a quick walk to the beach which has a playground, spacious layout with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together but enough space to have some relaxing time alone, lovey back deck to lounge and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
