Upon entering our home you will find an inviting and spacious floor plan and sun drenched living room that includes a Smart TV and fireplace. There are gleaming hardwood floors throughout with 3 bedrooms that sleep 7. The Master Bedroom includes a queen bed, 2nd Bedroom includes two full beds and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with trundle all with new mattresses. The modern bathroom on the main level includes a tub, a gorgeous tiled shower, and skylight. Relax and sleep comfortably with Central A/C and stay connected with high speed wifi.

Enjoy the beautifully appointed kitchen which is bright and inviting. It includes brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a farmer's sink, stunning tile backsplash and gorgeous quartz island. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plates and silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. The dining area includes a table that sits 6 and kitchen island which seats 4.

The finished basement includes an entertainment area with a sectional sofa, Smart TV and board games, as well as a Queen bed, updated 2nd bathroom with a stand-up shower, washer/dryer and a newly installed high-efficiency cooling unit.

This rental includes a new outdoor shower tucked away for privacy. The fenced in back yard includes an attractive patio with wood firepit with Adirondack chairs and a hammock, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and making s'mores. A gas grill, table and umbrella will have you enjoying casual meals outdoors.

A new shed has been installed offering additional storage, and includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, cooler and buggy to transport all that you'll need for the perfect day at the beach.

Convenient to all that Dennis Port has to offer....gorgeous beaches, mini-golf, Sundae School ice cream, gift shops, and your favorite restaurants.

Our property is a .6 mile walk to Haigis Beach, and also close to Glendon Road, South Village and West Dennis Beaches. This rental includes beach towels.

There are no pets and no smoking allowed.

For weekly rentals, check-in is Saturday at 3:00 pm and check out is Saturday at 10 am. read more show less

    Perfect Vacation!

    We have been coming to Cape Cod for 20+ years and have stayed in many rentals. This home is by far one of the cleanest, modern and well appointed homes we've stayed in. Everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation is available: beach amenities, modern kitchen, backyard fire pit, walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and so much more! The driveway is wide and long enough that we were able to get 3 cars easily parked. My teenage boys loved the finished basement and used it as their hangout spot at night.     We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Dennis! The house itself is perfect—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the stunning beaches and charming local attractions that Cape Cod is known for.

    Debbie was an exceptional host, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

    Beautiful home!!

    Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained home. There was plenty of space for us to sleep comfortably. We also enjoyed the backyard, and fire pit. Great stay! Close to beaches and lots of restaurants. We celebrated my daughter 16th birthday and her favorite was the Doghouse restaurant. Absolutely beautiful home.

    Our names are Deb and Dominick and together with our two boys, we have been vacationing on mid-Cape for 15 years. Simply put, we love it here and are so happy to finally have a place of our own to share with family, friends and others looking to spend time on the beautiful Cape Cod. The relaxing atmosphere of Cape Cod, the beautiful beaches, the sunsets combined with plenty of activities for our kids makes the Cape just perfect. We are thrilled to share our home with you.

    What is special about this property?
    We love the proximity of this home to the beach. Haigis Beach is just a short walk from our home. We also love that it is in walking distant to several great restaurants, including Sundae School Ice Cream. Newly renovated, our home has everything you need to make for a comfortable and memorable vacation. We especially love the back yard with afternoon shade and the hammock which makes for the perfect place to relax and read a book or maybe just daydream a bit.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis Port is in the perfect location! It's proximity to so many Dennis beaches (Nantucket Sound and Bayside beaches) to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, nature trails. mini-golfing and great restaurants offers all you need to rest, recharge and have fun. Being on Mid-Cape, Dennis offers easy access to Hyannis, Chatham, Eastham, Provincetown, the National Seashore and all these locations have to offer. We love it here and can't wait for you to experience it all too!
