Our week-long stay at this Dennis Port gem was nothing short of magical. Nestled on Swan Pond, this waterfront property offered a serene escape that exceeded all our expectations.
The location is truly outstanding. We were mesmerized by the beautiful, peaceful views and direct access to the water. It was perfect for our extended family, including our 4-year-old daughter and 5-year-old nephew. The kids had a blast with the abundance of beach activities right at our doorstep.
We were thoroughly impressed by the generous array of outdoor equipment provided. The kayak and beach chairs were put to great use, and we enjoyed daily paddleboarding sessions. The nearby island was a fun adventure for all.
The spacious kitchen was a highlight, easily accommodating our large group for family meals. The bedroom layout was ideal, offering comfort and privacy for everyone. The 64-foot deck overlooking the water was the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation, complete with stunning sunsets.
What truly sets this property apart is its ability to provide everything you need without ever leaving. From beach toys to bicycles, and even entertainment options like Netflix and Disney+, no detail was overlooked.
The owner's hospitality was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive to our questions and a pleasure to communicate with. Meeting them on our check-out day was a nice personal touch.

Ken's water front home is a diamond in the rough. I spent a week here with my brothers and their families and it was a perfect fit. Plenty of room for all to accommodate, house and recreational amenities galore. Four families were able to make huge country breakfast and family dinners many nights seamlessly. It's central location makes is easy to visit other areas on the cape without a long commute. The enormous dining room table was occupied by board games or poker every night. The entire family also spent many hours on the water and out to the island with all the water toys included in the rental.Ken was also kind enough to let me go up to the home in the Spring to see the location. He is quick to respond and when he was pleased with the condition of the home after our visit we had our deposit in no time. show more show less

We spend a week here for our family vacation. There's a lot to do kayaking, paddle boarding, biking just relaxing. The backyard is beach sand and water so you don't have to leave if you don't want. The house is beautiful. Lots of room. Ken was the host and he was fantastic. Defiantly would stay here again! There's a lot to do near by and great restaurants.

From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful rental, we knew it was going to be an amazing vacation. The house has plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy, along with every amenity you could want. Our kids loved finishing the already started puzzle, paddling to the island and playing in the sand among many other activities. It truly feels like a home away from home and the hosts could not be more gracious. Everything you need is there and the location is beyond perfect. You are a short drive to multiple stores, yet the home itself is so private. Our whole family absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to visit again.
