It was our long-term dream to become a Cape Cod homeowners, this dream just became true this past winter, so we are very excited to enjoy Cape in our new status as well as to share this experience with other families. We also rented places on the Cape and kids now have great memories, which we want to make sure you are also able to create with your family in our very-loved Cape House.

What is special about this property?
The reason we really love our house is because it is a true Cape type of house and the neighborhood. Everything you see around immediately takes you into its local vibe and suggests beach, biking, ice cream and warm summer nights to remember. This is our first property on the Cape and as ''everything first'' we are overexcited about it, we are investing in various improvements, vacation-life attributes (like grill, fire-pit, bikes etc.) to ensure its all equipped for a great vacation time and no time to be wasted on the Cape.

What is special about your town?
We fell in love with Dennis many years ago when kids have been little and we have been renting places in Dennis in the summer. Mid-Cape location seems perfect - you can explore the whole Cape from there, many places are walkable and bikeble like restaurants, ice cream places and beaches, as well as some famous restaurants (like Lobster Boat etc.) and largest mini golf places are within 10-15 min driving. The access to the Cape Code railroad is also within a mile.
