Our family had a lovely time at Matt and Patty's house. The neighborhood is quiet and the back deck/yard/fire pit were great for evening downtime. The house is such a cute quintessential Cape Cod cape, and our boys loved the bunk beds. Also, being a short drive from beautiful Dennis beaches made it easier to get in before the parking lots were full!

Perfect weekend getaway! The house is adorable and very easy to get to. The hosts were great, very generous and easy to communicate with. Definitely would come back!

Patty and Matt were excellent host. Lots of hospitality and a great location. While we did check out by late morning, Patty did give us a little more time if needed for us to enjoy the beautiful day. We truly appreciate their kindness and would recommend to staying in their home if it's available.

Our weekend stay for 6 at Matt and Pattys was fantastic! They were both extremely responsive and helpful with a few questions we had while staying. They were able to let us in for early check in and even provided some additional amenities not listed, should we have needed them. We lost internet & TV one night and after a quick walk-through of the usual steps and things to check they were able to get someone out to take a look and got us up and running by the next night. The home itself was adorable and very well done. It was perfect for our girls Cape weekend. We would all definitely stay again / recommend a stay to anyone interested!

My sisters and I rented this place for our sister weekend. Was very nice and felt right at home. Definitely gonna rent again in the future!

Took my daughter and 3 friends for her 16th Birthday celebration. The location was very convenient to everything. The cottage itself is so cute and very cozy. We chose it based on reviews and the 2 sets of bunk beds in one room! This was perfect for us. Matt and Patty were very responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend this place to others looking.

Matt and Patty's house was great and in a prime location for a group of friends visiting the Cape. We loved being able to make our own food in the kitchen, hanging out in the backyard and grilling, sitting by fire, and having access to a private beach. The neighborhood was so nice and peaceful. Every activity around the area (going to the beach, mini golf, shopping, winery, etc) was very close - no more than a 20 minute drive, so we loved the convenience of it all. The place was cozy and we loved hanging out there. Would stay here again!

The perfect cape house! 10 minute ride to Mayflower beach. Easily sleeps six people. The added bonus is the beautiful backyard space with a bonfire and plenty of space (we had a picnic out there!) Matt and Patty were fabulous hosts & answered any questions we had fast! 10/10 recommend this cape cod cottage if you're looking to enjoy all Dennis has to offer in a cozy spot!

This house has everything you need and is exactly as it's listed. We felt right at home during our stay and Matt was incredibly helpful. We would stay here for the whole summer if we could! Definitely worth the value.

Our group of six had a great time here! We were looking for a place to stay overnight while spending two days at the beach and this was a great value. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and Matt was really helpful when we reached out to him with questions.

Great Mid Cape location! Cozy cottage with lots of recent updates is perfect for a family getaway or small group of friends. We stayed off-season, but the deeded access to salt water pond within walking distance is a nice bonus as well if you're not feeling the drive or the hustle/bustle of the oceanside beaches during peak summer times. Check in was super easy and Matt was responsive to any and all questions. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend if you're looking for a Cape getaway that's easy to get to and close to everything!

My husband and I had thee best weekend getaway. The cozy house was just as described as pictured. They had everything we needed. It was in a great location to restaurants, the water, and markets. We will definitely be back again and will bring our two young sons. The bunk bed room is perfect for them! Thank you Matt for your hospitality and communication.

We would highly recommend this adorable cottage! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the bunk beds were great for the kids! Cute backyard, kitchen and great living space. The best part for us was access to the private salt water pond with a little beach area. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, picnicking and catching crabs! It's a great walk down the hill in a lovely and friendly neighborhood. Matt was a pleasure to work with! He was flexible, accommodating and communication was excellent. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this rental!!
