The Living Room has a large comfortable L shaped sofa a flat screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless steel Appliances with plenty of cookware and utensils you will need to feel right at home. Enjoy your coffee while sitting in the bright 3 season porch while listening to the birds chirp. The private deck off of the sun porch makes for a great place to fire up the gas grill and enjoy your dinner. The large private backyard is perfect for lawn games and family fun or relaxing by the outside fire pit. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the brand new enclosed outdoor shower. The new washer and dryer are located on the first floor for ease in doing laundry. The mini splits on the Bedrooms will keep you cool as the weather heats up.
