Make our house your summer vacation home in Dennis. Kite Runner’s Cottage is a ranch style family friendly home in a quiet walkable neighborhood 5 minutes to bay beaches, 20 minutes to the ocean and 1 mile to golf courses.

The home includes 3 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed, 1 with king bed and 1 with 2 doubles.
There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower between 2 of the bedrooms and a bath with tub (with grab bars) off the hallway. The newly updated kitchen with soft close cabinets and granite countertops is fully equipped includes a dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, microwave and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and small appliances. (Pictures will be available soon.) There is a Smart TV and High-speed Internet access. Feel free to sign in with your streaming service, but don't forget to disconnect. All windows have screens to allow the sea breezes to cool the house, but should the weather turn excessively warm, the house has central air conditioning. The walkout basement leads to a fenced back yard. For your safety and security, and our peace of mind, we have an exterior security camera near the front door.
We have many wonderful memories of vacationing on The Cape. We love it here and look forward to giving you the opportunity to join in the fun we've had. It's a perfect spot for summer fun, but The Cape is also beautiful in the fall, winter and spring. This home would be a perfect spot for your family vacation or a getaway weekend. We are dog lovers, so will consider 1 or 2 small dogs. Because we also use this house, we will not permit smoking of any form on the premises.
