If you're seeking a Cape escape that's well updated, comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood, this is the place for you! Rich and Ellen's Dennisport home is conveniently located near several beaches and the main roads, yet it's off the beaten track in a quiet and well established neighborhood. The home was recently renovated and the smart thermostats keep the temperature just right. My family included 3 generations and we were all pleased with the home's amenities, including smart TVs and high speed wifi. Rich was very helpful in the lead up to our stay and provided lots of information on the surrounding area, including tips on obtaining a beach permit on line, so it was waiting for us at the town hall when we arrived in the area. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were pleased with the cottage, which was impeccable. The yard and outdoor shower were a real treat and included beautiful landscaping, an outdoor patio set and a shed with all manner of beach necessities, including chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. We would definitely rent this cottage again next time our travels bring us to the Cape! show more show less

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very comfortable for our family of five. We especially enjoyed the private backyard and being able to walk to the beach.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Your house exceeded our expectations and made for the perfect vacation for our family of four, including two active little boys. It was impeccably clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sunroom provided a beautiful and calming space in addition to the well-appointed living room. The fenced in backyard, large patio table, and clean grill provided the perfect space to make dinner and leave our beach toys and chairs (all provided in the shed!). The central AC and clean washer/dryer and dishwasher were indispensable amenities that really made our vacation seamless and truly relaxing. Keyless entry made our arrival and departure so easy - no having to stop at the realtor to pick up keys. You were so transparent as renters and quick and responsive to any question we had.
