The house was fantastic! It was clear that the whole house was renovated and well taken care of! The house appears small on the outside but is very spacious. The 3 bedrooms are very open and good sizes. The best part and the place we spent the most time was the outside deck!!it was a nice size with very comfortable furniture and very private! We loved the privacy of the house and how serene and quiet it was! I highly recommend renting this house - you will love it! It is also convenient to 2 beaches, 14 pickleball courts (we bought a week membership!) and so many ice cream parlors and restaurants ! show more show less

My family and friends have been going to Dennis for 17 years and stayed at different places but this is definitely our favorite house of them all. Everything you need from linens towels to plates and silverware also a washer and dryer. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the beach is a short walk away (8 minutes), and oh yeah an awning on back deck for shade in the afternoon. See you next year Gary thank you for letting us stay at your house!!!

This is a great house on a beautifully landscaped piece of property. Short walk to the beach and restaurants, spacious deck overlooking a totally private backyard - a great outdoor shower and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows! If you are lucky like we were you will be treated to nightly deer visits, so beautiful. The house had everything you could ask for as far as amenities. Gary was pleasant and quick to respond to any concerns.

We absolutely loved this home! The location is perfect, and the house has all the beach accessories you could need. We absolutely loved our vacation!

We had a great vacation! Gary was very responsive and everything in the house was just as we expected. The property was clean and well stocked, we especially loved the deck furniture and outdoor setting. You can't beat the location and we hope to be back next year!

We recently stayed at this home with our daughter and her husband while attending a wedding nearby. The home is well appointed with a nautical theme throughout. Beds are comfortable with an adjustable base, the kitchen has everything needed to cook for a family including new appliances, and the screened in porch and deck are great spaces to work remotely, enjoy a glass of wine or just hang out and take in the surrounding green space. The yard is large for kids to play which includes an outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows. Harborview public beach is a short walk or bike ride away -- and 4 bikes are included with the house. Such a beautiful house, in a very quiet location yet only a short walk to the harbour and beach. Communication with the owner before making my booking was easy, and I feel privileged to have been able to rent his lovely home. It had everything I needed, extremely comfortable beds, plenty of outside seating, washing machine etc, all in perfect order.
The location is perfect for exploring other towns on Cape Cod, and is a short drive to lots of great restaurants. (Lots of information was available on the property website).

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was clean, well stocked and the yard is is very nice. Short walk to a beautiful beach.The host was very responsive and accommodating.

This house was perfect for us! We travelled with 3 teenage girls and they couldn't have been happier with the layout, yard, and cleanliness. This house has total privacy in the back, and the deck overlooks a peaceful cranberry bog. The fire pit is fantastic with lots of seating, as is the screened in porch. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. Gary went out of his way to communicate frequently and make sure that we had everything we needed-from beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach buggy etc. This house is turn key.
