This nicely furnished, spacious and well-equipped home is located in West Dennis near the Bass River.

Perfect for families and extended families. Complete with five bedrooms, two baths, large kitchen, dining room, sitting/living room, sunroom with slider to large back deck, additional tv room downstairs. Upon entering the front door you will see the large living room to your right. To the left are three bedrooms, the first is the primary bedroom that faces the front and side of the house it has a king bed, bathroom with shower, dresser and large closet. The middle bedroom is on the side of the house it has a queen bed, dresser and large closet, the third bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser and large closet. The main bathroom is located between the third bedroom and the kitchen. The dining room is located between the kitchen and the sunroom. The sunroom has two couches and a large sliding glass door which opens up to the back yard.
Downstairs has an additional sitting room with a couch and tv on each side of this room are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other bedroom had four (4) twin beds both bedrooms have a dresser and extra large closets with plenty of shelf space. The washer and dryer are also located downstairs along with an iron and ironing board. The outside shower is located on the side of the house between the second and third bedrooms.

Enoy sitting outside on the deck, take an outdoor shower, or just relax on the hammock. For your convenience there is large outdoor gas grill, table and chairs for an outdoor lunch or dinner.

West Dennis Beach is less than one mile away, as well as, a small private beach 60 yards from the house, perfect for toddlers at low tide.
