This home is amazing! Has all the charm of the antique home it is, with some modern upgraded to make it extremely comfortable. The location is great & Jason gave some wonderful local recommendations about nearly anything you'd want to do (food, activities, etc). Jason was a great host & really easy to communicate with, would absolutely recommend staying here!

Jason was a great host and we enjoyed our stay at his home very much. It's a nice location and a great place to stay when visiting the cape. Jason was responsive and flexible, allowing us to check in a bit early.

Beautiful house in an amazing location. This historic home was by far the cleanest and most unique house I have stayed in at the cape, and I have been coming for 20 years! I highly recommend staying here it. It's walkable distance from an amazing market and some of the best restaurants in the area. I also loved the location because it's right next to a playground, great for tiny humans!
The house itself is gorgeous. It has historic charm with modern amenities. By far one of the cleanest homes I have stayed in. Beds were also extremely comfortable. If you want to stay in this area I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, two families and lots of space with kids upstairs and adults on main floor. On the main road and walkable to groceries, ice cream, and restaurants. Short drive to beach.

Awesome place on Cape Cod!! Close to beaches and easy walking to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. The house was perfect for 2 families with the kids upstairs and the parents downstairs. And the house itself is a great blend of history with modern conveniences.

The house is beautiful, really clean, lots of space, close and walkable to so much, easy to park. Would definitely recommend! Jason was super communicative and helpful. Wish we stayed longer!

It is very obvious that Jason puts a lot of care into this home and into providing a clean and welcoming space for guests. The home was incredibly clean – the quirkiness of the older home came through as charm and not challenge. He's made fantastic updates, and upgrades while still keeping the charm and authenticity of the home. The location is fantastic – plenty of good restaurants in walking distance, and very close to, the Dennis beaches! Jason was easy to get a hold of and super responsive with any questions. We are a family of 5 and will book again!

Fabulous stay! Jason's home is full of homey charm that offered more than enough room for our family of 8. Central location was ideal for daily amenities and short beach trips while still providing ample solitude. Jason was readily accessible throughout and could not have been more flexible and welcoming. Already planning a potential return trip!

Jason's hospitality and communication were great from the very beginning. His thoughtfully adorned house is quite unique and a real gem! The great stock of games, activities, beach gear and the wonderful backyard are a real bonus if you're visiting with children. Additionally, the market across the street served us well for all the provisions we needed for family meals. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We loved our time at Jason's house in Dennis! The space was exactly what we needed for our group of 8 and we loved being in walking distance of so many restaurants, stores, and cafes! Even though the house was on a busier street, the inside of the home was so quiet that you'd never know. The space is perfectly furnished and appointed and we had everything we could need including access to beach chairs and towels. The beach is about a mile away so we did have to use our car to get there but that was made clear by Jason on the front end. We loved making memories in Dennis and hope to do so again at Jason's!

Beautiful home and perfect for a short break away with the family! Jason was very responsive and helpful and had paid so much thought and attention to every need we could have had! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space and very peaceful location for evenings spent outside on the patio for dinner. Lovely coffee shop, creamery and grocery store in 5 mins walking distance. Easy 5 min drive to beautiful beaches! We will be back!

The host, Jason, was super friendly and accommodating from the start, the house was pristine and felt like home, anything we could've imagined needing was there for us to use, even though it is on a main road we never felt that, the back patio, yard, and outdoor shower were private and wonderful! Lots of common spaces to come together as well as spots for working remotely (if needed) with privacy. Cannot beat the charm of this antique house.

Our stay on this property exceeded our expectations, from the beautifully decorated and spacious living space to the outdoor seating and in-home washer and dryer.
This historic Cape home has all the charm and beauty. A short drive to Corporation Beach and restaurants and quick walk to the neighborhood market, playground and green space make this home super convenient.
We visited with our two sons, ages 8 and 12, and they didn't want to leave. We will definitely be returning with friends in tow. This owner thought of every single thing that could be needed.

What a great spot! We had a 3-day getaway to the cape and this place has it all - great location w/ proximity to beaches, restaurants, nature hikes and more. Our kids loved the fun layout of this old house and also enjoyed watching rabbits in the backyard. Highly recommend for family or friend get-togethers!
