This home is the perfect beach rental for a week at the Cape! Everything is newly done, clean, fully stocked kitchen, great patio furniture and umbrellas, plus a fenced in yard, nice outdoor shower, shed with wagon for beach supplies, walkable to West Dennis beach… truly nothing more to ask for. Homeowner was easy to communicate with and very responsive!

We loved our stay here. The cottage felt modern and surprisingly spacious while keeping that Cape Cod charm. Very hapoy and would stay here again.

We are so lucky to have come across this house. We rent every year and this house/location is by far one of our favorites. The owners went above and beyond and the decor in the house was raved about by all (visitors included). My favorite things about the house was the location (less than 5 minute bike ride to beach, 2 minute drive), the back yard, and of course all the amenities (just bring your clothes and you will be set) they provided with the house. This house is awesome!!! It has such a wonderful beach vibe both inside and out. The house was so thoughtfully decorated and it's stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. The beach and a couple of restaurants are a short walk away!! Amazing location!! The hosts were awesome. I can't wait to come back!

From the onset working with Adam to book our vacation through to the last day, we had a very positive experience. Based on conversation and photos, I anticipated I wouldn't have to drag as much stuff to this rental and that was true. The house had everything we needed including linens, anything you'd need to cook or make beach lunches, and even some extras you didn't know you needed . It was also very clean. The A/C worked wonderfully as did the outdoor shower, two must have items for us. Communication with Adam was excellent and he responded in a timely way and took care of it when there was something we needed. Overall we loved our stay. It brought us the relaxation we needed for our summer vacation and we would definitely return. show more show less

We stayed at Adam and Ali's house for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It was a perfect home away from home with upscale furnishings and absolutely everything you need for a perfect Cape Cod vacation. Bring your clothes/sunscreen and they provide the rest! It is located on a quite neighborhood about a 10 minute walk/3 min bike ride to West Dennis Beach. We elected to to buy a beach pass for the week which was perfect. My husband and I drove our gear to the beach and backed right up to the sand while the kids rode bikes down. We have been coming to the Cape for many, many years. West Dennis is such a special place for us, we actually got engaged on the beach 28 years ago! This house is by far our most favorite that we have rented. We live in Texas and having the linen service was a game changer for us. The house was so well appointed, we didn't need a thing! It was so clean and bright, we loved coming home to it after a day of exploring. Having a bedroom for each of our girls (18 & 21) made for a very peaceful vacation ;) The location is perfect too, daily visits to Sundae School and Woolfies were a must. This vacation home is beautiful and has all the amenities any family could ask for. The home was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The shed was stocked with everything one would need for the beach. Just turn the key and enjoy.

Our family of 6 stayed at this residence over the Memorial Day weekend! The hosts were great and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We had an amazing time. The house was extremely clean and it had all of the amenities we needed. It is centrally located to everything and just a very short walk to West Dennis Beach! The house had beach towels, a beach umbrella and even a caddy to carry everything. There is also a great size backyard with a grill and patio furniture to sit and lounge or even have an outdoor family dinner. Our kids did not want to leave.
