Perfect Cape Cod Beach House, Walk to W. Dennis Beaches

This is the second summer in a row that my family has stayed at this rental and every time it has been fantastic! The layout of the house is perfect and it's a quick drive or bike ride to West Dennis beach. It's also a close drive to everything the mid-cape has to offer. The house is in amazing condition and everything is really brand new and up to date. It's well stocked for cooking and the backyard is a great setting for grilling, eating dinner outside on the deck or playing any of the various yard games the house has to offer. It really was another perfect week for my family on The Cape and much of that had to do with having this great house again! show more show less

We had an amazing week at Brad's property in west Dennis. Brad was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and before we arrived, answering all my questions as needed.

The house is beautifully renovated, with plenty of space for our extended family that came and went. The house is stocked with amazing amenities (laundry, cooking supplies, tons of towels), a beautiful deck with lawn and beach games and central air (huge bonus)! We loved everything about our stay. The owners are extremely responsive with any questions you may have. The house is the perfect location and great for families (in a nice quiet neighborhood perfect for riding bikes) or friends looking for a night away. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need, and the grill outside is perfect for warm summer nights. The added bonus was both downstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms! We can't wait to come back next year.

Our family had a wonderful time on the Cape and loved staying at Brad's house. It was recently renovated and everything is brand new and really high quality. The decor is awesome. The beds are comfy. The furniture is cozy. The internet is super fast and the tv is nice, which is a rarity in our cape house renting experience. The highlight of the house for our family was the outdoor shower. Hot and cold water, detachable spray, cedar smell. So nice to come home from the beach and all clean up before going inside. Definitely the nicest outdoor shower I've ever used. As I said before, we were also impressed with how comfy the beds were. Usually rental houses have crummy mattresses but these felt awesome and we slept like we were at home. Considering it is a brand new rental we were pleasantly surprised that they had everything we needed in the kitchen. So many random things that you end up needing and they had it all. I hope we can return to this house next year. show more show less
