Steps to West Dennis Beach - Great for 2 Families

This was our first family vacation with two new son in laws and our 21 month old twin granddaughters. The property is great for families. My daughter, her husband, and her twin girls stayed in one condo and my husband, daughter, her husband and myself stayed in the other. It was nice because when the twins were sleeping, we did not disturb them. We gathered at the other unit. The cottages are tastefully decorated in coastal colors and decor. Very clean and comfortable.The pictures on this site don't do it justice. Wish I could post some. Claudia has really thought about everything you may need while on vacation. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook in. There is both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. I love that there was a Keurig! We had our early morning coffee outside on the patio overlooking the marsh every morning. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The roomy outside shower is awesome. We used it every time we showered. The condos are 3 houses from the beach. A very easy 3 minute walk. With 8 people, it was great. Put the kids, coolers, and chairs in the wagon and off you go! There are beach chairs for you to use. They even had a higher beach chair that really worked out great for me as with my bad back, I have trouble getting in and out of those low beach chairs. So close to the beach as well as many restaurants, shopping, and ice cream! Plenty of parking. Communication with Claudia was great. We will definitely stay here again. show more show less

Perfect spot to spend a week. Can unpack the car and not have to leave. Rented both sides. Cottages are cozy and and clean. Love the outdoor showers! The view of the marsh in the back yard is an added bonus. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk. The adults headed to to the Sand Bar every afternoon while the kids hung out at the beach. This rental is by far the best value. Location, Views, privacy and tons of restaurants and attractions just down the street. Will definitely rent this vacation home again!! show more show less
