The open concept main living space boasts hard wood floors and soaring ceilings with a dining room and sitting room adjacent to the chef's kitchen. The dining room table is set for 8, but there are two leaves, in the 2nd floor closet, available to expand the table to seat 12. The kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and large island opens into a cathedral ceiling Family Room complete with a flat screen TV with Cable and Streaming services. The 1st floor primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, full bath with walk in shower, flat screen TV and portable Work Station. The laundry area with full sized washer and drier and a half bath complete the first floor. Upstairs is another Queen bedroom, a full bath w/tub, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds.

The inside of the home flows seamlessly through two sets of oversized sliding glass doors which open on to the expansive deck furnished with dining and sitting areas as well as a gas grill. Off of the deck there is a large backyard great for lawn games and relaxing with family and friends. The fully enclosed outdoor shower is a great place to wash off after a day at the beach.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac that abuts conservation land adding a nice level of privacy. It is centrally located in Historic Dennis Village, just north of Rt 6A. Stroll to the village for a cup of coffee, ice cream, and the small market. The Dennis Village playground is a great place for the kids to let off a bit of steam and is practically at the end of the street. The village also boasts numerous restaurants, The Cape Cod Museum of Art and the Cape Playhouse all within 1/2 mile!

The famous Mayflower, Bayview and Corporation Beaches are about 1.5 miles away from the house. It is a quick 15 min walk or 5 minute bike ride to either beach. All beaches are on the Cape Cod Bay side of the Cape and are great for kids with it's wide area of sand and tidal pools at low tide filled with a variety of treasures. Make sure to save enough time to visit the famous Chapin's Bayside Restaurant adjacent to Mayflower Beach.

West Dennis Beach is about 7.5 miles from Dennis Village and offers a different beach experience on Nantucket Sound. It is great for families and offers a playground and large Parking Lot right on the beach. Lower County Rd and Rt 28 offer plenty of family fun with Mini golf, Ice Cream and many family friendly restaurants. read more show less
