Newly Updated Mayflower Beach Escape

We had an amazing week at this lovely home! Walking in the house it was warm and welcoming. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and organized. The owners have provided everything you could need.

The backyard was a great size for our kids to play and the outside shower was perfect after beach days!

There were 4 adults and 4 kids that stayed in the house and it fit us all very comfortably! The finished basement was a perfect spot for our kids.

We enjoyed the nice walk around the back roads of the neighborhood to our favorite beach on the Cape - Mayflower. We were grateful for the beach chairs that were provided!

Christine was a wonderful host. So easy to communicate with and very kind!

I could not recommend this special spot enough.

My family of five (three teenagers) had a wonderful vacation! The house was clean, is in a great location and had everything we needed. We did many walks to Mayflower Beach using the wagon and beach chairs that were provided. We enjoyed a couple of visits to Chapin's which was an easy walk. The central AC was perfect because we had a very humid week on the cape but were comfortable the entire time. The kitchen had everything, the grill was clean, the fire pit was great and we could run to store just up the street for any last minute items. Christine communicated clearly and often and we never wondered about anything.

This house is so beautiful. Me and my family are going on our third year. It's had recent updates which are beautiful!! Easy walk to the beach as well as a huge backyard with a fire pit. I totally recommend this house you won't regret it!!!! My grandchildren had a total breakdown when they had to leave and said they wanted to live there forever

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Best part was being in walking distance to Bayview/Mayflower beach. The house was clean and well stocked with basic amenities. We personally didn't use the basement but it would have been great for older teens. The owner was responsive!

This is the perfect house for a week at the cape! It has all the amenities -the outdoor shower, the fire pit and the central air being the most favorite to our family. It a short walk to a beautiful beach so no need to deal with parking traffic. The owner was easy to contact if needed. Overall just a wonderful vacation home.

We vacation on the cape every year and this house was great. It is located on a side street away from the main road with a short cut through path
We brought our bicycles and spent many mornings biking around the cute neighborhoods and down to Chapin beach.
The house was so clean and decorated beautifully with a beach theme. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. The central air was such a treat after a hot day on the beach!
Christine was responsive and communicated well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Christine was very easy to deal with and very responsive. The interior of the home has been recently redone and is very nice. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. There's plenty of back yard space with a fire pit and a nice deck to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening BBQ.

We had a great Cape vacation at Christine's home. The house is in excellent condition and was perfect for our family of 6. The backyard is large and was great for throwing a frisbee or football around. Bayview Beach is a quick walk away. We would definitely return for another stay!

This cape is located very close to Mayflower Beach. A short walk from the house and you wre on the beach. The house was immaculate, and the "man-cave" was a hit for our teenage son. The shaded large back yard was ideal for post beach drinks, bbq and fire pits. The owners were incredibly communicative and available if necessary. We look forward to returning and making more great summer memories at Mayflower Beach.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was perfect and super clean. Could have easily fit more people. The location to great beaches made our trip! We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck and shady back yard. We will be back for sure.

Such a lovely, cozy Cape house! Large, private backyard with a fire pit and deck to sit out on nice nights. It's freshly painted and has new floors, couldn't be cleaner. We have walked over to Mayflower Beach many times and enjoyed it immensely. We will definitely be back to enjoy this adorable house again! Thank you so much!
