Welcome to the Marsh! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home 5 - 10 minutes from Dennis' 16 beaches and Cape Rail Trail.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for families. The one level living space has three bedrooms, two queen rooms and one bunk room with three twins. The primary bedroom has a half bathroom and a laundry room adjacent. There is a full bath with walk-in shower and an outdoor shower. The main living area has ample seating in living and dining rooms. A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill ready to use. There are two smart TVs (in living room and on porch) with streaming capabilities as well as WiFi.

Stay cool with the central A/C, ceiling fans and a three season porch. Air hockey and foosball tables are in the basement for rainy days! Free laundry and parking on site.

A visit to the Marsh won't disappoint. Come relax and make your Cape memories!
