Escape to the Cape in this quintessential cottage, walking distance from the beach!

Our split property set up is perfect for multi-family (or multi-generational) getaways! Our main cottage comfortably sleeps 6 in a 3 bed/1 bath configuration. The smaller cottage sleeps 4 in a 2 bed/1 bath configuration. We can even provide a portable mini crib; however, families with littles in need of the mini crib will need to provide their own sheets for it.

The kitchens come fully stocked with the basics like plates and silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave...and the not-so-basics like peelers & good kitchen knives, serving platters and drink pitchers for those who love to end a day at the beach with dinner at home on the deck. The dining areas in each unit have seating for their max guests. The full bathrooms each have a large soaking tub and a hair dryer for guest use.

Off the kitchen of the main unit is a new deck with lounge seating and outdoor dining. It's a great area for relaxing or grilling after a day at the beach or biking the Rail Trail. In the kitchen you'll find an all-weather speaker to bring out with you on the deck for connecting your phone to its Bluetooth signal. Out back are enclosed outdoor showers for each unit -- great for rinsing off the sand. You will have access to a shed filled with beach chairs, cooler, and an all-terrain caddy to make beach days for families of all sizes a whole lot easier, and a stroller (single and double) for those with little ones in tow.

Fresh bath towels and linens are provided; bedding is fully laundered and each bed is made prior to our guests' arrival. Our cottage comes with essentials like heat, air conditioning, WiFi, and a TV with streaming services like Netflix, AppleTV, HBO, and Disney+ installed under a guest profile, so even if you're not a subscriber these streaming services are available to you during your stay. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide hand soap in the bathrooms & kitchens, dish soap, and a fresh sponge for each stay.

While we may be biased, our cottage is in a phenomenal location — Easy to get everywhere & close to everything: Our Dennis Port cottage is located within walking distance to Glendon Road Beach (a public beach with a local, neighborhood vibe) and is close to South Village Beach & West Dennis Beach. Nationally recognized Mayflower and Corporation beaches are also a short drive within Dennis. And your Cape vacation wouldn't be complete without a trip to Sundae School, Chapin's Fish & Chips, Swan River Seafood, Cuffy’s, and Holiday Hill mini golf! Or take a day trip on your bikes along the Cape Cod Rail Trail all the way to Coast Guard Beach in Wellfleet. All of this and more is accessible with or without a car from our retreat!
