This house has everything you need for great vacation in Dennis. The location is central- so it's easy to get to beaches on either side, playgrounds, grocery stores, restaurants and route 6. The house was very clean and organized with everything you could think of for an easy stay away from home. The backyard was our favorite with the fire pit, corn hole, outdoor shower and areas to hang out. Mike and Jaime were great to work with. I would defintely recommend to a friend.

My family had a wonderful vacation on Cape Cod and this home had a big part of it. The owners spared no details and it was obvious the enjoyment of their guests was their goal. The home was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was stocked with everything, the outside shower delightful and the washer/dryer an extra bonus. Even the beds were comfy we all slept like babies! Definitely consider this rental.

My family and I spent the week at this house and had a great time. We enjoyed the backyard in the evenings and the central location made it easy to explore the Cape. The house was clean and well stocked. Our three young children didn't want to leave. Thank you for a great stay!

Love this home! It was immaculate and had every amenity imaginable - A/C, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, private and spacious backyard complete with gas grill, cornhole, Jenga, firepit, and outside shower. The location was ideal in that it was close to beaches, restaurant, stores, etc.
Mike and Jaimie were very responsive and so incredibly easy to work with. All in all, a great vacation! A million thank yous. We'll be back for sure:)

The prime location in South Dennis with its proximity to Mayflower Beach, the Johnny Kelly playground, the boardwalk at Grey's Beach (at sunset!) as well as great restaurants also makes this property ideal.

The house was spotless when we arrived and so comfortable due to the central A/C. The kitchen is well stocked with every amenity; the bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with convenient USB outlets in the bedside lamps and room-darkening drapes (it's in the details!); and the living room recliner/sofas were very comfortable.

We enjoyed the outside shower every day after the beach, and the gas grill and fire pit really added to our outside fun. Our grandchildren loved playing with the yard games and giant Jenga!

We also appreciated the linens, towels, and beach towels and chairs that are provided with the house. Again, these homeowners have covered every possible detail to make your stay comfortable and fun.

We hope to return in 2024 and hopefully for many years to come!

We are a family of 4 with two toddler boys (2 and 4). The setup of this house was perfect for us. It's one floor, so no stair gates or anything to worry about, and there's enough space to give the kids their own rooms but still be nearby. We loved the outdoor space, ate many meals outside and enjoyed the yard games, fire pit, and especially the outdoor shower! We also really appreciated the sunroom and used it as a hub for getting ready to go to the beach each day. Overall, everything was super clean, comfortable and well thought out and we were able to find everything we needed while we were there!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at your lovely home this past week and we could not have been more pleased.
The house is absolutely adorable - wonderful, beachy decor in each room made it feel like a true beach house. This home had everything anyone would need for a vacation from the very convenient laundry to many games and puzzles inside and the wonderful firepit and cornhole game outside. The kitchen had all the comforts of home so it was great to be able to eat in a few times. The TV's in each room were great - we could watch what we wanted to and the extra sleeping space and half bath out in the porch area came in handy for an overnight guest here and there.
I really enjoyed the outside shower and changing area - this is always a treat on vacation for me.
The central air conditioning was great too - the house was very comfortable on some very hot days.
We were close to several beaches, which was great and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby as well. It's a perfect location too - pretty centrally located.
We will definitely plan to return here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely home to anyone!
It was a pleasure to communicate with the homeowners and they were very responsive when needed. An added pleasure was an earlier check in as the house had been cleaned quickly so we were able to get in there a little early.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect! You had all the kitchen supplies we could have needed. The beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time at Mayflower Beach, Corporation Beach and West Dennis Beach where the water was like bath water and perfect for the little ones. The fried seafood at Kreme and Kone was the best we had in a long time. Captain Parker's clam chowder was award winning. Pirate's Cove was a great mini golf place. After much research we decided Cape Cod Creamery was the best! Thanks for sharing your home, we made wonderful family memories!

We are very happy to have chosen this place to spend our family vacation. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even included beach towels and chairs (which is such a plus!) The outdoor shower is so convenient after a long day at the beach! With prime location, we had many options for a quick grocery run, afternoon ice cream or a bite to eat. Only minutes away from Mayflower beach, Chapin beach and more! We would definitely recommend choosing this house to spend your next family vacation.
