Cape Bunkhouse is a 3 bedroom cottage with an additional bunkhouse with 4 bunk beds set in an enviable location .9 miles to renown Mayflower Beach and a short .2 mile walk to restaurants, coffee, Dennis public market, ice cream, Dennis playhouse and shopping.

The well lighted home is completely refinished with central a/c and set in an idyllic restful setting. Large cozy backyard to relax after a day at the beach including an outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor games, table and Weber grill. The interior has a fully appointed kitchen, a twin bedroom, full bedroom loft and a queen bedroom with a bathroom with a full shower.

The living room has a large sectional. There is cable tv in the living room and the queen bedroom. Internet service is available.

    We recently stayed at Claudia's charming Cape Cod rental and had a wonderful experience. She was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house was delightfully cozy and well-equipped, making it the perfect home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen. It was clear that a lot of care went into making sure guests have everything they need for a relaxing stay.     Awesome little cottage!

    My family and I stayed at Claudia's home to end our summer last year. We live on the west coast and needed some proper summer weather after being in the winter that is a summer in San Francisco. When we got there, we were so pleasantly surprised with the condition of the house and the amenities. The kids absolutely loved the bunkhouse that gave them their freedom while their parents and friends had drinks on the back deck. The house was very close to the Dennis public beach and made it easy for us to plan our day around traveling to and from the beach. Can't recommend this place enough. We loved it and definitely plan to be back next time we're on the East Coast show more show less

    Beautiful home very clean and central a/c a big plus.
    Great location not far from Mayflower beach one of my favorites. Movie theater, local market & ice cream nearby. Overall a fun vacation with my family!
    Highly recommend.
