This is a nice, quiet spot out of the way; but close to a lot of places. Gerald was very responsive when we needed assistance. He also includes all the amenities you could need for your week at the beach! A+ spot on the cape 5 mins from our favorite beach.

We had a very nice stay at Mayflower Manor! The house was in a great location and it felt very private. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard is a good size, and our grandchildren enjoyed playing out there. It was nice not having to pack bath towels, beach chairs and beach wagon. (While beach towels were provided, we did bring our own.) Gerald was very responsive when contacted. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, great host. You can bike to Mayflower beach in about 10 minutes which is great since parking can be tricky. We did a drop off with the kids and I would ride the bike back. Spacious house with a great yard and the bocce court was a fun twist. Lots of stuff in the area so you won't go wanting for Cape Cod goodness.

Mayflower Manor is in an amazing location, close to the town and beaches. The house was very well stocked with any amenity you would need. My boys enjoyed the bocci and having s'mores by the fire. We used the bikes available to ride to the beach and avoid the busy parking. We also enjoyed the nearby rail trail. We loved Gerald's restaurant recommendations: Scargo Cafe, Chapins, Sesuit Harbor Cafe, and Grumpy's. Gerald was very helpful and quick to respond. Great week!

Fantastic location close to best beach in the area. Kids walked to town each day for ice cream. Great backyard and all the elements you need to have a great family vacation!!!

Our family (three generationss) enjoyed our stay. We filled Gerald's home very comfortably and enjoyed the house, yard, bocce, foosball, cooking and relaxing. Plenty of room for adults and children to spread out and relax in back yard, sun room and living room. The home provided an excellent launching pad for days/evenings at Mayflower Beach as well as two trips to the National Seashore. We had a great evening at Cape Cod Baseball as well as an afternoon fishing from Sesuit Harbor on the Albatross. My daughters walked their squad of children (4-13 in age) to the Dennis Village Playground (Nobscussett St) and Cape Cod Creamery. We saved on parking costs at Mayflower Beach by shuttling most to the beach and having our sons-in-law use bikes. This worked very well for us and saved a few dollars. We also took advantage of no cost parking at Mayflower Beach after 5 PM. Overall one of our best family vacations.

We had a great stay at this classic Cape house. Plenty of comfortable beds, bright kitchen and large family room. Outdoor screen porch and backyard very nice. Walkable to some great restaurants and bars. We loved being so close to THE BEST beach on the Cape … Mayflower - which notoriously fills its parking lot by 10 am . It was so easy to drop off our group and then either walk or bike the mile back to the beach ( 2 bikes are available for use in the garage) Communication with Gerald was very easy and helpful. We would rent here again!

This is a terrific home for a larger crowd and has great privacy in the backyard especially. The screened in back porch was also a bonus for us all. If you like to exercise, the dedicated space in the garage will be a plus for you. The owner is fantastic, easy to work with and gets back to you quickly if need be. My only concern is you cannot easily walk to the beach from this location, but if you planned on driving anyway, then this isn't an issue as its only a five minute drive to Bay Beach and Mayflower but get there early. Gerald has everything you can think of to make this an enjoyable stay, beach chairs, plenty of towels, even two bicycles in good shape if you wish to explore.

This house was a great house to rent. It was within walking distance to the beach and the town. It is in a quiet neighborhood, had a great backyard, and the house itself was perfect for Cape Cod. The house had everything - towels, bikes, bocci, fire-pit - a great house to enjoy! Gerald was very helpful, proactive, and easy to communicate with. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning next year!

We had a fantastic family vacation! Great location. The house is beautiful & perfectly set up for a nice time. We had a full house- adults & kids. Everyone had plenty of space & fun things to do. Gerald has thought of everything and was very responsive whenever we contacted him, but gave us plenty of privacy.

Gerald was a SUPER host! He promptly replied to all messages, provided great recommendations for beaches/stores/restaurants/recreation. The house is lovely, spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Having all the linens provided was a big bonus. The property is beautifully landscaped/maintained. We usually ate at the outdoor dining table or on the screened back porch; enjoyed evenings around the fire pit. Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood close to beautiful Mayflower Beach. A gem!

Gerald's place was great, just as described. Short bike to beach and the 2 bikes in the garage were just what we needed and they even had bike locks which was a plus! Outdoor shower was amazing! Great back yard, hammock, bocce and fire pit. Screened in porch was very relaxing in the evening and had a great breeze. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream. Kitchen had everything you could ask for. My teenagers loved it too as there was plenty of space. Gerald is extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you for a vacation we won't forget. Michelle
