We had the pleasure of staying at this house this past weekend. This house is exactly what you would want for that perfect Cape getaway. It has all the charm of the Cape with today's amenities with updated appliances, ac, and a fully stocked kitchen. The owners thought of everything and I just loved all the small touches they made to the decor. The house is located near everything from restaurants to shops to swimming. My son loved to run in the huge back yard with plenty of space for yard games. The front porch was quiet and serene while drinking coffee in the morning. The owners were responsive and quick to assist. It is very clear that they put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests have the perfect vacation. We will be back for sure! show more show less

5 of us friends for years,took a girls week to Cape Cod.The house was roomie and very clean.Had plenty of space for all our needs,especially in the bathrooms.We had a beautiful kitchen to prepare our daily beach lunches and cook breakfast every morning.We had a BBQ one night but ate out the rest of the time.Very relaxing with comfortable beds and a beautiful front porch for cocktails.Please take advantage of this space for a great vacation at a reasonable price.

Spent two nights at this beautiful house with my husband and 2 little kids. The space was perfect, and very clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and close to beaches. We loved sitting out on the porch at night and enjoying the quiet evenings. Backyard is spacious and the kids loved running around. Would absolutely come back!

Clean, comfortable and charming! This little gem makes you feel welcomed and happy from the time you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need; micro, nice fridge, perfect island space that seats 2, coffee bar, sharp knives, cutting boards, grill tools. There are cozy little nooks for eating and R & R. We enjoyed some of the board games provided in the hutch. Our son played a lot of basketball in the driveway. The bedrooms are plenty spacious, beds comfortable with extra pillows in the closets, AC units cooled quickly making for a pleasant nights rest. Very helpful to have a washer/dryer; so convenient to get the beach towels refreshed for the next day.

We found the outdoor shower completely delightful and my son insisted he use that shower throughout our stay. Indoor bathrooms clean with a fun coastal vibe and with great water pressure. (Something I always appreciate). At night, we enjoyed s'mores by the outdoor fire pit, grilled burgers on the grill provided (plenty of propane) and made memories under the hanging lights. The front porch is a spot to enjoy coffee with its trellis of flowers and rocking chairs. The yard is idyllic with birds chirping and bunnies frolicking. I loved the neutral decor, beautiful hard wood floors and charming touches throughout.

The house is conveniently located to so much. We walked to get both delicious seafood and ice cream. We went to batting cages, Go Karts, grocery store, the Inflatable water park and the beautiful beach and never had to drive more than 10min. The biking rail trail is so close.

The hosts are responsive and thoughtful. We can't wait to return to this sweet vacation spot with the wonderful memories we made! show more show less
