Beautiful Home w/AC Steps to Beach next to Mayflower

Beautiful Home which we found to be very clean and well equipped.
We have been visiting Mayflower Beach for 37 years and it remains, in my opinion, the best beach on the cape especially if you have small children.

You could not get a better location. Just a short walk down a sand path and you are on the beach! Plenty of space at the private beach (next to the Mayflower public).

The owners provide everything you need for your stay, sheets, towels, (on request), beach towels, chairs, umbrella, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, and everything you need for cooking or preparing your beach food. It is a very beautiful home!

We had a fantastic vacation this year, this is our second year and we will definitely be back next year. Megan, the homeowner, was great to work with and everything was seamless.

This house has it all- a quiet street; easy access to a private beach adjacent to Mayflower; it is clean and beautifully decorated; the beds are so comfortable for a good night's sleep; the screened-in porch was great for evening family gatherings; and having central A/C, washer and dryer, ample off street parking, and an outside shower were a big plus.

We love Dennis, because of its mid-Cape location and easy access to lower, mid and outer Cape. There are so many interesting towns and beaches to explore at the Cape that we feel that we haven't even touched the surface. We had the best week and experience renting this beautiful house and cannot wait to return! The home is on a quiet, adorable street with the path to the private side of Mayflower Beach just a few houses away. As a family with two toddlers and a pregnant Mama, walkability to the beach is key for our happiness while on vacation and my 2 year old and 4 year old could do it barefoot no problem!

The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. Linens being provided was a major perk and all bedrooms were comfortable and also equipped with dark shades for great sleep which is something most rentals lack! Megan was extremely friendly and easy to work with via email and text, and even let us know that the house would be ready early for our arrival if we could come sooner!

We grilled on the beautiful deck nightly and when I contacted her to let her know we ran out of propane she immediately got back to us and had a new tank dropped off. This area of Dennis has so many ice cream shops nearby as well as two amazing restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean home as close to Mayflower Beach as you can get, you will not be disappointed! show more show less
