Beautifully renovated three bedroom one bath half duplex directly across the street from the beach! Central AC, new back patio, granite kitchen with dishwasher. New flooring, walls, paint, and furniture - and just 100 steps to a shared private deeded beach. Beautiful water views.

Front bedroom with a queen bed, middle bedroom with one set of bunks and one twin, back bedroom with full bed and twin bunk over. 4 flatscreen TVs with one gig wireless Internet. On Sunday through Friday rentals, arrive Sunday, park your car, go to the beach and check in at noon. Check out is at 3 o’clock.

    Great place !

    My 3 friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. We were so pleasantly surprised to see how close to the beach it was. The pictures don't do it justice . Very nice little welcome bag left for us . Tv in every room. Place was clean. And backyard area had a cute little sand space with kids toys . We had a great time !

    Fantastic stay!

    We had the most wonderful stay. Doug, the owner, is so easy to work with - responses to questions are quick and kind. The duplex easily fit our family of four. It is pristine, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the front porch is so nice for coffee in the morning, afternoon cocktails, and an outdoor dinner. The kitchen is well stocked, AC works great, and having in unit washer/dryer was a godsend with our two messy and sandy little kids. They truly thought of everything - down to blackout shades in the bedrooms, hooks for wet towels and bathing suits everywhere, fresh flowers on the table, and even a welcome bag of cape cod goodies when we arrived. The beach is truly steps away! 10/10 would recommend, we are so sad to leave and can't wait to return! show more show less

    Our family just returned from spending our first week of summer on the Cape. We were so pleased with the location and equally as much with the interior. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The house was clean and so bright, the kitchen was great, the outdoor shower was a nice surprise! The front porch was the perfect spot to listen to the ocean with a coffee or a cocktail.

    The best part, the beach was only steps away! The water was mostly calm, clear and surprisingly warm for early summer. The kids enjoyed playing with kids from other rentals day after day. GREAT beach for families but equally great for adults. Nights were quiet in the neighborhood which was appreciated after a long day in the sun.

    Additionally, there was no shortage of restaurants or shops close by to spend some time exploring. We would love to return!     show more show less

    We bought this place two years ago and put our heart and soul into making it a comfortable place with a great view. Next year there will be a washer and dryer in the unit!
