Bedroom #1 with a king bed is located on the first floor that’s separated from the common areas and has an adjoining bath with shower. Upstairs are two front-to-back bedrooms; #2 has a queen bed and #3 has two queen beds. All bedrooms have cable TV. The upstairs bath has double sinks, walk-in shower, and a full bath.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook for 6 and a separate dining room that easily seats 8. The cozy front-to-back living room includes a TV and fireplace. Adjoining the living room is an inviting sunroom that's a favorite hang-out spot. This opens to the spacious/private deck with comfortable seating for 8, shade, and gentle breezes. Which also makes it popular for use as an outdoor yoga studio.

The walk-out finished basement is nicely appointed with plenty of room for all to join in the fun & entertainment. It includes a 56'' TV with surround sound system, air hockey, foosball, full size shuffleboard table, and an authentic poker\game table for six. There’s also a wet bar with frig. The 3rd full bath is located in this lower level along with sofa bed for added sleeping space.

The neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located. Walking distance to eateries, shops, Cape Cod Museum of Art, historic Cape Cinema, and the Cape Playhouse theatre on historic Route 6A. Mayflower Beach and Corporation Beach are 1.5 miles away on Cape Cod Bay. A fifteen minute drive to the other side of town gets you to several public beaches on Nantucket Sound. For local fresh water swimming, Princess Beach on Scargo Lake is a mile away. Golf anyone? There are several quality public courses nearby including Dennis Highlands (0.4 miles) and Dennis Pines (1.9 miles). The extensive Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path system is accessible 3.5 miles away with public parking and bike rentals. For day trips this central mid-Cape location is convenient for traveling to Cape Cod destinations in every direction.
