Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): This house will be offered as 1 or 2 bedroom winter home from Nov - April for discount rate. Open 1 to 2 bedrooms for up to 2 occupancy. Rate from $1400 for Jan -March, Shouder Season (Fall & Spring) month rental rate is on a sliding scale upto $1600 -$1900 for upto 2 people. Rates mentioned above is a guideline. Final rate depend on rental history, credit score, financials, etc. No pets, no smoking, no weeds.

    Dennis - Swan River Rental

    Great location, plenty of beaches nearby. Swan River is right in the back yard, easy access with a kayak or canoe. House is great, every bedroom has a full bath with shower, perfect for a family of 5+. There is plenty of nearby attractions and activities to do with the kids.

    A great choice for our Cape Cod vacation

    We booked this house for our family's summer vacation & it was a great choice. The house is clean & comfortable with all of the amenities we could hope for - back deck with seating, outdoor shower, firepit, central air, etc.

    The house is located in a great neighborhood & very close to beaches, restaurants, shopping & even kayak rentals within walking distance.

    The homeowner was awesome with great communication & very accommodating - thanks Nina! We would not hesitate to rent this house again for our next Cape Cod vacation. show more show less

    Swan river rental

    Second year at this Swan River rental. Love the location on the river so we can access with our kayaks or walk a mile to the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms all clean and cozy. Small but equipped kitchen. Hosts are responsive. Thanks for having us again!

    We are in our 50's and owning the vacation home for over 10 years. We are blessed that we have so many returning customer year after year. Love travel.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is located in West Dennis Village abut the boarder of Dennis Port. Within 1 mile of South Village Beach where the Swan River meets the Sea.

    House is located by the water on Swan River which leads to the ocean in less than 1 mile. Boating from the back yard or just sit on our over-sized deck and watching the boater go by.
    The house is cute and efficiently arranged with three full baths and 3 good size bedroom. All total renovated with modern flavor. Two flat screen TV at the house, no more fight for programs.

    Fire Pit on the patio may be the most popular spot for family to gather around. Central AC, WIFi, outdoor shower are all amenities I like when I searching for my vacation stay.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis is located in the mid-Cape, Heart of Cape Cod. It has 5 unique villages , each with their own personality. Dennis Village; East Dennis Village; South Dennis Village; Dennis Port Village; and West Dennis Village.

    To the north is Cape Cod Bay and to the South the views overlooking Nantucket Sound. The early settlers took to the sea for their survival as captains, boat and ship builders. At one time over 400 captains called the area their home. Today the beaches both to the north and south sides bring both visitors and residents tranquility and pleasure.

    Dennis is a beacher's paradise. The north side has many including Chapin Memorial Beach; Mayflower Beach; Corporation Beach; Harbor View Beach; and Cold Storage Beach. On the south side, is West Dennis Beach; South Village Road Beach; Haigis Beach; Glendon Road Beach; and Sea Street Beach. Take a day and visit them all.
