I have rented this charming home for several years and would highly recommend this cottage is East Dennis. Located on a quiet street, it is within walking distance to beautiful Sea St Beach and a short drive to anything you may need while on Cape Cod. The house is well maintained and has all the amenities needed for a great vacation.

I would highly recommend this rental property. The house is not fancy, but is very charming with a Cape Cod feel about it. The cottage itself is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the house has everything we needed to cook at home or grill outside. There are plenty of cookware and utensils. The yard is large with a deck and outdoor shower. The owner shares their beach chairs/toys and umbrella which means less for us to pack! The location of this rental is ideal for families. We could walk to the beach in around 7 minutes. This was so handy since we always seem to forget something. The owner is very responsive and wonderful to deal with. We've gone for several summers and can't wait to go back this summer!

We highly recommend Quivet Neck Cottage as we have been staying there for years now and keep coming back.  We originally selected this place for its proximity to Sea Street and Cold Storage beaches.   One of us was elderly at the time and we liked when she needed to go to the cottage that we could bring her up and walk back.  Things change and new babies were added, the location proves perfect again being a short walk to the beach.   Being on the Bay side of the Cape, the tide goes way out providing a perfect place for kids to play safely and for long beach walks.   The house suites us nicely as it is well equipped and has a great quiet back yard.  There are so many great restaurants close by we frequent and most even have take-out if you want to stay on the beach for sunset.

The cottage is everything and more! I've been a renter for several years, and the property is ideal for a memorable summer beach vacation! The home is Cape Cod perfection with a private yard, deck and outdoor shower, quick walk to the beautiful beach, and near the harbor, restaurants and shops. The village of East Dennis is New England charm at it's best! You'll see stately Sea Captains' homes, charming cottages and beautiful gardens with blue hydrangeas! The nearby beaches on Cape Cod Bay are wonderful for relaxing, picnicking, exploring the low tide, walking on the jetty, swimming, sea kayaking, boating and so much more!
