Perfectly located close to all that East Dennis and Dennis Village have to offer. Walking distance to a convenience store, post office, liquor store, Lost Dog Pub, and local ice cream shop. 5 minute drive or short bike ride to Dennis beaches.

THE SPACE
On the first floor you'll enter into the brightly lit updated living room with two large couches (one pulls out into a bed) and a new large flat screen TV with cable. Next is the large dining room table (seats up to 6) and spacious new kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances filled with all necessary cooking tools. Right off the dining room is a screened in porch where you can sit and drink your morning coffee or enjoy a family dinner in the evening. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower in the main hallway next to three bedrooms.
1) Bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom, large closet, and dresser
2) Queen bed, large closet, and dresser
3) The master bedroom, has a TemperPedic queen size bed, large closet, dresser, and full private bathroom.

Downstairs you'll find a washer and dryer, play area with ping pong table and brand new smart TV with a pull out couch, and a half bath.

Outside we have installed a new outdoor shower off the patio which also houses a Weber grill, all surrounded by a large yard. House comes fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. There is also parking for several cars in the driveway. read more show less
