We were so pleased with the Sand Dollar. The home was immaculate! The dishwater, silverware, pots, pans all in excellent condition. The convenience of the washer and dryer were a god send… no going home with dirty clothes! The location and area is convenient to everything. We loved it.

Cute cottage, clean, family friendly and super convenient! Short walk to the beach and if you have never been to Mayflower or Chaplin beach you will not be disappointed! The family was so easy to work with and we had a stress free, fabulous vacation.

Our stay at the Sand Dollar was amazing. Courtney has done a wonderful job decorating it. It was so clean, cute and well stocked with necessities. The short walk to the most incredible beach was the best. Low tide is pure soft sand and high tide was refreshing.

You literally walk out the door and around the corner is Chapin's Restaurant. Yummy food and fun environment. The sunsets never get old. Breath taking every time. Our family loved being in Sand Dollar haven for the week.

10/10! Perfect location tucked behind Chapins. Short walk to the best beach on the cape. Fairly priced for a week on the cape these days.

This was a cozy, lovely home, very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and even had all new dishes, utensils, etc. Downstairs bedrooms are small but upstairs is very spacious and great for kids. Courtney was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any concerns.

The location is great, and the real draw is the absolutely pristine beach. The beach is a 5 min walk, and it's a public strip between private sections, very close to Mayflower Beach. Even though it's public, it's only used by people in the nearby houses and was never crowded, plenty of space even at high tide! Soft, white, beautiful sand and crystal clear water, basically no rocks or seaweed when we were there. Tide goes way out like any Cape bay beach, leaves pools that get warm, it was perfect for our two kids.

For us the only downsides were lack of AC (we knew this beforehand) because we were there during a hot spell, and the bugs in the area. Not sure if it was just the time of year, location, or all the rain we'd had, but the mosquitoes were really abundant here and kept us from enjoying the cute yard, even when we loaded up with bug spray. There were also tiny no-see-ums that got into the house and we got some bites at night. Fortunately, the bugs were not an issue at the beach at all! show more show less

My family and I spent a wonderful week at the Sand Dollar in August. The newly renovated home is equipped with anything you could possibly need. The home is immaculate with a cute, beachy interior and feel. There is plenty of room with an upstairs bedroom where kids can play and sleep. There's even a spacious backyard! The best part is that it's walking distance to one of the best beaches on the Cape! You are just a few steps away from great restaurants as well. Courtney was great to communicate with!
