37B By The Sea. Its all about location - and it's here! This tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom home is situated on .33 of an acre, leaving plenty of room to roam for all. Listen to the sound of the ocean nonstop with beautiful views of Nantucket Sound only steps away. While giving you the convenience of the beach with just a stroll down the yard, you also have the privacy you desire.

This house has 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 full size beds), and the living room has 2 full size futons. The house is thoughtfully equipped for those who like to cook, lounge on the large deck, or enjoy the sunroom. After a fun day at the beach, enjoy the outside shower. The yard is kid friendly with our cute playhouse and climb aboard tug boat - ''Old Decker'' (adults think it's cool, too!). Old Wharf Road is a great spot especially if you like to walk, bike, kayak, etc.

    Great little cottage near the ocean

    Francine has a perfect cottage for a stay at the Cape. Quick walk to a small private beach with larger beaches within short drives. There's plenty of spaces to relax at the house, it's a great place to get away and the house has everything needed. She's very helpful with information on things to do nearby and is always available if there are any questions during the stay. A wonderful vacation spot.

    The perfect property with your own private beach!

    We stayed in July at Francine's property and it surpassed any expectations we had for a rental. The home was just beautiful! Every room was lovingly done up in soft, coastal decor yet it was so clean and meticulously maintained in every way. The location was also a gem. We had every amenity at our fingertips! Best part about the property is that you have your own private beach…doesn't get any better than that for a Cape Cod vacation with the family.     We take great pride in knowing that our home brings joy and fun to all our guests. We have been rental owners in the cape for 20 plus years. We have created wonderful bonds with the families who come back year after year. We look forward to reading about their vacation in our guest book every time they visit us. The pride in ownership shows through out. Constantly upgrading and looking for extras to add and make your stay gets better every time.

    What is special about this property?
    When I wake in the morning and bring my coffee out on the deck, the water sparkles like diamonds. Hearing the sound of the ocean, feeling the breeze puts me right where I want to be!! The location is just right.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis Port is a great location, there is everything to see and do all within a short distance. Not only do you have great shopping but you also have the convenience of the chain stores (stop n shop, kmart, mall, etc) and excellent resturants.
