We had a wonderful stay at Sea la Vie. We've rented in Dennis before and knew we wanted to be closer to the bayside beaches, and this house was perfect! A quick drive to Mayflower and Corporations beaches. Also loved how close it is to the Ice Cream Smuggler & Grumpy's Restaurant.

The house was immaculately kept and well stocked. The space was perfect for our family to spend time together, but also to spread out when needed. The outdoor shower was perfect for our post-beach showers. The three bedrooms were well-appointed, and having two full baths is great. The onsite laundry made getting a quick load done in the afternoons perfect. We also appreciated the dishwasher - who wants to do chores on vacation!

Paula was an incredible host. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She stocks the house with everything you would need to enjoy your stay, and even asks that you let her know what you might have used the end of to shop for the next guest!

It's clear that the family takes pride in their home and as renters, we appreciated that and wanted to care for the home like it was our own little slice of Dennis (at least for the week!).

We had a lovely stay at this house for 5 weeks this summer with our two children. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, and very organized. The outdoor shower is a plus and is new! The house is in a nice East Dennis location- easy walk/bike/ride to many beaches, Scargo lake and Smugglers for ice cream. We enjoyed everyone minute and hope to return next summer!

We leased this 3-bedroom property from February 2019 through January 2021 while we were searching for a permanent residence. This home is very comfortable, efficient and within biking distance to Dennis beaches. It is also close to Route 6A with local markets, shops, and fine restaurants in Dennis, Yarmouth Port, Brewster and other towns. It is a 20 to 25-minute drive to Hyannis for mall shopping, fitness centers, Cape Cod Hospital, and other healthcare facilities.

This is a single-level home with basement, private front and back yards with mature landscaping and trees, raised porch, umbrella table and chairs, and large Weber grill. There are three well lit bedrooms – the master (queen) bedroom includes private bath with shower and tub; there is also a queen bedroom across from the main bath (also with shower and tub), and the third bedroom room is a single bedroom/sitting room with sofa with TV. The living room offers a large-screen TV and two large comfortable sofas and chairs. The kitchen includes four (4) high-chairs and table top facing the (new) sliders to the deck. There is full laundry (with new dryer) housed conveniently in the second bedroom.

The house is well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens, and towels, beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. The home is well ventilated; two A/C units are available but generally it cools off at night, and we did not use them. The home is situated in the Scargo Hill area of Dennis; the neighbors are friendly, and it is a great location for taking walks to town, the beaches, Scargo Lake, restaurants, and local farm stand, etc. Paula (homeowner) is caring, responsive and cooperative. We truly enjoyed our stay at this home in Dennis and would lease it again without hesitation!

As we entered this beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood, we found it welcoming for renters, and the owner included every amenity possible! It's also immaculate and well cared for. The location is convenient to Mayflower and Corporation beaches, our favorites. We spent lots of time out on the deck and the grill was fantastic. We've rented on the Cape for over 30 years and this is one of our top choices. We would without hesitation rent this home again!

Clean, comfortable and location is accessible to everything you would need! Upon arrival, we found the house to be immaculate and inviting. The deck is secluded and outfitted with a nice table, seating and grill!!! The three bedrooms are charming along with the two full baths. What a great vacation home!!! Looking forward to going back!!!

I recently stayed with friends in this lovely home. It is located mid-Cape so it is close to all that Cape Cod has to offer. Minutes from the beach. The home itself was immaculate with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is situated in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood. I look forward to returning to this rental again and again.
