Each side has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, enclosed outdoor shower, well equipped eat-in kitchen, living room with wall mounted 40'' flat screen tv, cable, and high speed wireless internet. Both sides have an oversized deck with picnic bench, umbrella,Gas grill and deck chairs, sun loungers , plenty of seating on the deck and a privacy fence
The Living room, Kitchen and even the Master bedroom all have an amazing view of Nantucket Sound! When you wake up, you are directly on the beach, so you can enjoy your morning coffee listening to the soft surf of Nantucket Sound!
A short drive from your cottage, you will find many family friendly dining places as well as one of Cape Cod's finest 5 star restaurants. There are many fantastic seafood restaurants where you can get delicious golden fried clams, fish and chips, award winning clam chowder, and of course the best ''Lobstah Roll'' on the Cape.
Also close by are ice cream parlors (Sundae School is an all time favorite), candy stores, pizza shops, sub shops, cafes, local-fresh seafood markets where you can buy clams, scallops, lobsters or cod, tuna and more, fresh off the boats, and cook it back at your cottage on the beach!

Here you will find the JFK Museum, The Cape Cod Baseball Hall of Fame, and a short stroll brings you to scenic Hyannis Harbor, where you can take a ferry to the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard (a favorite ''Presidential'' vacation spot!)
