Bayview is absolutely, hands down the best Cape vacation home we have ever stayed in! Everything you could want or need is right here! The place is neat as a pin, beautifully appointed and so close to the beach. We will never stay anywhere else- looking forward to our next stay.

Our family just returned from a week at this rental property! We had an amazing vacation, even though the weather wasn't perfect the whole time, we were still on the beach 6 out of 7 days! The location is absolutely perfect and so convenient, easy walk to and from the beach....allowing our family with a few young adults the flexibility to arrive/leave the beach on whatever schedule worked for each of us! The house is so well appointed, has everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy time with family inside and outside! I've been renting in Dennis for over 10 years and this is hands down the best rental experience I've every had, every detail was considered...having beach towels & chairs available was a huge plus! This past summer was our fourth year renting from Linda and Joe and honestly it is still hands down the best place to stay in Dennis and maybe even all of the Cape! Linda and Joe are so easy to communicate with and they are always available. The villas are spacious, clean, well equipped and located in one of the best parts of the Cape. I only needed to get in my car once in a week!! Talk about relaxing!! The kitchen is just like at home so I don't mind cooking at all and for the nights I don't want to cook then we take a quick walk to Chapins or Gina's By The Sea for a delicious meal. Chapins has a great bar and fun entertainment and no drivers needed! Back at the villas after a two minute walk. The whole family sitting around the bonfire at night is such an easy, fun family night "in". Walking to the beach in the morning, can't beat that. If some family members need to snooze a little longer, no big deal, walk down when you're ready! Our family motto while staying at the villas is "You Do You" cause while staying there you can do whatever you want whenever you want with NO CAPE TRAFFIC. So obviously you probably already guessed I booked for summer 2020 already!! show more show less

This was our third summer renting one of the Mayflower Beach Villas. The home is gorgeous and in a prime location, just a short walk to our favorite Mayflower Beach. The villa has every amenity that you could need and includes all bedding, towels, beach chairs, etc. Not having to pack all of those extras is key for us! The kitchen is fully stocked making cooking a breeze. The backyard has a nice patio area, wonderful outdoor shower and fire pit. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe for the kids to play and run around. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the villa which is very convenient. You can literally park your car for the week and not drive anywhere! Always a fun and relaxing vacation for us! show more show less

We have stayed at the Mayflower Villas the last 3 years and I honestly can't say enough about the place. It is literally a home away from home kind of rental. They provide everything possible that they can so you only need to pack your personal items. I stumbled on these villas 3 years ago and have never even thought of staying anywhere else on the Cape.

The villas are extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I have been vacationing at the Cape for most of my life and no other place compares. Its ideal for families! Just a very short walk to your own private beach area so the teenagers can sleep till whenever they want and walk down when they are ready and the early birds can head to the beach first thing in the morning. Perfect for families with little ones too as you can bring them home to nap and you can still sit outside in the beautifully landscaped back yard! I get in my car very minimally due to the fact that just about everything I wish to do is walking distance. Chapins is a blast! Great food, cocktails and entertainment. Or we can cook dinner in the, just like home, kitchen and eat in the very spacious dining area. At night we sit around the bonfire with our bluetooth speaker and just sit back and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We had another family with us this year. They stayed in unit E and we were able to cook and eat as one big family 4 nights and walk to Chapins for the other 2 nights. How do you beat that?

Linda is wonderful to rent from. She always has the villas looking spotless and comfy the moment we walk in. She's very sweet and helpful. I actually recommended the villas to two families this past summer and they both were very pleased as well. So needless to say, I'm already booked for summer 2019!! show more show less

This is our 5th time renting from Linda and Joe and our first time in the Mayflower Villas. The villas are beautiful and very well appointed. We had 2 villas next to each other which allowed for a very convenient large group vacation. The kids loved the upstairs to watch movies and have their own space. The beach is very close. A great week at Mayflower!

When our ladies arrived for a much needed weekend away from our families we were immediately struck with the impeccable decor and color scheme of this very well stocked and furnished home. Yes, we were going to the beach for a weekend on the Cape, but we had no idea of the luxury we would enjoy in this precious abode. The beds were fabulous and the sheets sheer delight! I actually did not want to leave as my sleep was so deep and restorative. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked as we four ladies made dinners together very comfortably each night. A local shop made running out for some forgotten items very simple. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and beautiful place to find a weekend of rest and laughter! The beach, such a short walk away, was enjoyed daily, and at all hours. Parking was so easy for us all as we could unload right at the front door. And we bought firewood for a fabulous night in front of a fire pit out in the backyard. All in all.... we highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking for a beach get away in great comfort and beauty!!! Thank you for a fabulous weekend! show more show less

This was our 2nd year renting at this property. It is the "Best" place we have rented in our 25 plus years of coming to Cape Cod!! Everything you need from a well stocked, modern kitchen, towels, layout, cleanliness, walking distance to the beach. It's the whole package. I would recommend these Villas!!
