Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo on a bayside private beach

We've been renting on the Cape for nearly 20 years now and this was by far the best stretch of beach yet. Our stay was wonderful! The house is super comfy and and very clean. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The owner was very responsive to a small electrical issue we had and it was fixed ASAP. The real star of the show is the beach. Views as far as the eyes can see. Peaceful and private. We left to purchase food and other than that we never left the beach. You know when you rent a new place and have that little niggling feeling that the pictures may not quite capture what you are going to get? Ignore that feeling here. This place is so much BETTER than the pictures could possibly capture! We spent the week with another couple and found the house totally comfortable, clean and situated perfectly to enjoy all the bay side has to offer. Or, don't go anywhere. If you're a Mayflower Beach lover, this location can't be beat. The view is amazing especially the sunsets. There is nothing better than being just steps from the beach. We found the location perfect and the neighborhood quiet.

The condo is open and airy with plenty of room for our family of 4. At high tide, you can easily hear the ocean from inside. We hardly left during our stay. Everything you go to the Cape for is right there!

We have been to Cape Cod many times, but this was our first stay right on the beach. We feel totally spoiled by the location and the beautiful view.

It was idyllic to be able to sit and watch the ocean anytime of day either from the deck or from the living room/kitchen. Or, to access the beach by the stairs for a walk or a swim. We also enjoyed the easy trip to the Dennis Market by car or about a 20 minute walk.

My family and I spent a week there this summer and it was perfect. I took in the ocean view every morning while drinking my coffee sitting on one of the two decks. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The private beach was amazing and the kids had a great time playing in the sand, flying kites, and collecting seashells. The condo had plenty of space and was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed—washer/dryer, coffeemaker, etc...Prior to our trip I had done research on things to do on Cape Cod. But once we arrived, we felt little need to leave the condo. Why leave when you are in the perfect location?? The owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with too. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely go back! show more show less

We have stayed at this perfect little slice of heaven three years in a row. It has it all, beautiful views, one of the capes loveliest beaches, and all the conveniences of home is a seaside cottage. Easy, caring owners make renting a pleasure!!!

This oceanfront property is just beautiful. The amazing sunsets from the deck can't be beat and the private beach is wonderful. You have a gorgeous ocean view from the living room and kitchen as well. The interior of the home is very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The three bedrooms are a good size with plenty of closet space. If you want a week of incredible sunsets at night, and long days at a private beach, this is the place for you. This oceanfront property is AMAZING. Sunset views every night, staircase down to a beautiful private beach by day. The deck at the top of the stairs provided breathtaking views of the ocean and beaches. The proximity to the private beach meant we never had to leave.The house itself was immaculate, comfortable, and both the kitchen and living room areas had direct views to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked, and the washer/dryer, dishwasher and gas grill were an extra bonus.The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. Whether we we relaxing on the deck or enjoying the vast ocean views while dining inside, or enjoying the private beach, everything exceeded our expectations. Owner was also very helpful and responsive.
