We have been coming to Mayflower Beach for over 60 years. Finding this gem of a home made for a wonderful week. Nobscusett beach was a treasure.

Would like to say that this Home has been the highlight of our summers for the last 4 years. The property is amazing and the home is beautiful. This home has brought our family closer together for many amazing memories & the property owners are top notch people! Never have had any problems and the amenities are countless. Perfect place for making memories. Would highly recommend this, it's a must stay for my family!!

After 50 years visiting the Cape, including owning our own summer cottage for 29 years, it was time to find something closer to home.
My granddaughters were devastated as they were born and brought up to the ages of 11 and nine at our Cape Cod cottage.
So at the end of 2023 I started looking to rent a cottage near Mayflower Beach. I dealt with Mark on the phone for several weeks and found him very trustworthy and accommodating.
We also staged this year 2024 and decided that we would like to book for two weeks next year.
This is not a cottage. It is a beautifully renovated and still being renovated older home. It is approximately 15 minutes walking to the local beach, which is about 10 minutes. 15 minute walk to Mayflower Beach. When the tide comes in, there is very limited area to sit on the beach. However, we work around this the girls love it in the early morning when they can go out far into the water and then walk with us and sit on the beach until around one. However, the girls are very happy staying at the end of the road. We do walk up to Mayflower Beach and enjoy the sunset from the end of our street. Bring some bug spray for the evening. We also can be dropped off by the beach and picked up. We do do this a considerable amount of the time.
This is a very spacious and well kept home. You don't feel like you're on top of one another and all seven of us could be in a separate place, yet feel part of a vacation group.
The backyard is huge; at least 2 to 3 football fields maybe but I'm not a great judge. However, it is huge. You could have volleyball, tennis, croquet, and other sports all ongoing at the same time. Wonderful deck, outside shower and they have a grill.
The only drawback, if you call it, that is if you like to entertain with a lot of people. This is not your place. This is a place for maximum of eight people and only four cars in the driveway at one time. There is an option to park the car, a short distance and then walk.
My granddaughters don't call it their Cape Cod cottage.
What they are calling it their mayflower destination. We can still visit all their favorite places and they enjoyed new places also.
The street is not very busy, quiet neighborhood and walking is not an issue. Our mayflower destination has all the comforts of home and we are so looking forward to our third year and two weeks.

Our family loves coming to this beautiful home year after year! Mark is a very thoughtful and attentive host. His home is charming, clean, and updated. We love the quiet street, walkability to a gorgeous, private beach and convenience to shopping and restaurants. Our children enjoy the huge backyard for playing, fire pit for s'mores, and outdoor shower!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, amazing backyard and really nice living room extra space and upgraded kitchen. Host was very accessible and had some great recommendations on dinners and beach.

Great vacation house which is very well kept and the backyard is among the best in Dennis. Excellent rental property with easy access to beach and other important amenities. Great outdoor shower! Backyard and landscape both top notch.
