DWOLFF - You are on vacation once you step into this quintessential beach house. The beach is merely 305 feet away! This two story 1200 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor offers a full kitchen with a dining area for 6, as well as two bedrooms.The first bedroom has a a full sized bathroom and queen sized bed, the second ground level bedroom offers two twin sized beds.These two bedrooms share the ground level full sized bathroom. For your convenience the home is also equipped with a stack-able washer and dryer, located on the first floor .On the second floor you will find a large living room with breathtaking views from the over sized deck with seating area . Off of the living room is a large main suite with a queen size bed and a full bath. The upstairs has a queen size sleep sofa. Outside is a large brick patio area with a picnic table, gas grill and of course the outside shower. You can hear the sound of the bay when you are outside, absolutely wonderful vacation rental! Recent updates: new outdoor shower and updated patio space and well as replacement of some of the exterior shingles on the home!
