Ongoing updates over the years, the interior had another facelift in 2022 and a New King Size Bed added to the Primary Bedroom with some fresh paint and new couch, and other updates. This home feels like new with noticeable detail to cleaning. It has comfortable furnishings, and has always been smoke free and pet free. Multiple HDTV's, fireplace, gas grille, outdoor shower, and more. Now keep in mind, although this house is not beachfront, but it is a short 2-3 mile ride to renowned Mayflower and Corporation Beaches, which are known by many as the best beaches on the Cape. It has everything you might want for a wonderful Cape vacation.

Guests have complete whole house access including basement, laundry and garage. Make yourself comfortably at home and enjoy life on the Cape the way you imagined.

Host owners are available 24/7 by phone. They are only a few miles away and are fully available for emergency and regularly available for personal assistance if needed.

We purchased this home as a temporary home while building our (third) dream home. This one was too cute to sell so we thought we would share it with you. We love restoring old properties and building new ones. This house had been untouched for 30+ years but then we came along and made it feel current again!

Three bedrooms. The Primary (master) Bedroom has a King Sized Bed and HDTV along with a private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom is set up with two twin beds and a desk.

The open floor plan Kitchen / Dining Room / Living Room has an HDTV and the Bonus Room in the basement is a perfect hideaway for Reading or Movies with a comfy couch and another TV.

Great location. Peaceful neighborhood, centrally located with easy access, yet it feels very remote. Enjoy watching the stars on a peaceful Cape Cod Night! Quiet and easy to find. Dennis beaches are the absolute finest on the Cape! read more show less

    Comforts of Home

    We have been vacationing in Dennis area for over 40 years and this home is beautiful. This is our second time renting this home. It is centrally located to our favorite beach (Corporation Rd.Beach), restaurants, Cape Cod Playhouse, theatre, multiple stores to fit your grocery needs. The house encompasses itself in a pleasant quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds, towels and bed linen, a beautiful luxurious kitchen with all the extras, 2 wonderful full baths, games, puzzles, a beautiful deck, washer and dryer, close to Cape Cod Rail Trail to bike, run, or walk. Since we are bikers it is a plus that we can park our car and store our bikes in the garage.
    Peter is always quickly to respond to any questions and concerns you may have.

    Been going to the Cape for 50 years, and this place lives up to it's billing. It's like a brand new house, and all you need on the Cape.

    The homeowner Peter made the whole process as easy as it can be and was responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

    A Great Stay - Again!

    This is the 2nd time we have rented this property; the first being Memorial Day weekend and the most recent rental was for a full week. The house was immaculate both times and had all the amenities one could ask for, especially the A/C and outdoor shower. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Dennis and Bayside beaches, so it's a great base for all your Cape activities.

    The owner was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. He even shipped a toothbrush charger we left in the house back to us the next business day at no cost. We have a fractional ownership of a condo in Hyannis, but we wanted to try the north side of the Cape for a change, and we are very glad we did. This is a perfect property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Cape Cod vacation. show more show less

    Thank you for renting your beautiful home to us. It was so clean and beautifully decorated.

    We had great weather, the central air was great to have on the really hot days. I really liked the flooring and wainscoting in the bathrooms. The homeowners were very welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed and were readily available if we had any questions. Thanks again for sharing your home.

    Wonderful House
    August 2016

    We stayed at this house for a week and would have stayed the rest of the summer. It was in great condition and is a very comfortable house.

    It was recently renovated and and it showed.

    We were close to all the beaches and restaurants in Dennis which was very convenient.

    The owners of the house were extremely helpful and great people to rent from. We would certainly stay here again.

    My wife and I have lived on the Cape since the 70's. I have co-owned a popular year round local nearby restaurant since 1987. We have always worked in the hospitality business since we were kids. We both love to travel too and we think we know what people want in accommodations when they travel. As a sideline we have lovingly restored and built many homes on the Cape long before ''flipping'' homes became the subject of a cable TV channel and a national pastime.

    What is special about your town?
    Great location. peaceful neighborhood central yet remote. Dennis beaches are the best on the Cape. This neighborhood is accessible from only one entrance so there is minimal traffic (no cut through) and relatively secluded. Wooded walking trails and bike paths nearby. Ocean and fresh water beaches are a short drive away.
