We came from Seattle, and we had such a lovely stay! The kitchen was perfect (especially appreciated the spice cupboard) - plus the well stocked kitchen utensils - nothing was missing! The beds were very comfortable and the pool/yard delightful! Just enjoying the birds from the porch was splendid. Lots of room for inside and outside fun. This is a well cared for home - not just an empty vacation house. Thank you for making it available to our family!

What a beautiful home with so much room for our family! We are a family of 10, 3 generations:
my husband and I, our 2 children, their spouses and families. Great sleeping quarters with 2 king beds, 1 queen and a master suite which we gave to our daughter's family...they have a 9 month old who was able to have his own "family room" w/MB suite. Son and daughter in law in a king room and the other 3 little ones all under 5 got the bunk room. Another family room served as an office space for our son and son in law who had a "working" vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, incredible outdoor space with 2 grills, bar, fabulous pool and gazebo! Nothing negative here! Connie was a wonderful host and the house was clean, neat and in a fabulous location! Fresh seafood, butcher for steaks and the beach was 6 minutes away. Will definitely be back! The kids LOVED the bunnies that came on the property at dusk!

This was our first family vacation, with three pairs of adults and one adult daughter. This home and its large outdoor area offered plenty of spaces to be together, or to be alone. We arrived to a sparkling clean home with a generous supply of linens and towels, plus an entire plastic storage bin of beach/pool towels as well. The kitchen has everything you could need, and all the appliances are in good working order. The house has two comfortable dens/TV rooms - one on the main floor and a second upstairs above the garage (not pictured). There's also a large TV in the sitting area off the kitchen. Most of our time was spent outdoors though - reading a book in the shade of the gazebo with ceiling fans turning, grilling up food at the outdoor kitchen (bar set-up with huge grill, sink with hot/cold water, and small fridge - all shaded by a sail), enjoying dinner with breezes on the screen porch, and splashing around in the pool. The outdoor shed has lots of pool floats/noodles, bean bag toss, additional chairs/cushions, and more. Plenty of bathrooms with walk-in showers (two large, one smaller), a half bath off the upstairs den, plus an outdoor shower that also has hot/cold water - a favorite! The first floor bedroom with nearby bathroom was perfect for one injured traveler who needed to avoid stairs. The air conditioning kept us comfortable during the hot summer weather, and during cooler evenings we could open up windows and get good breezes flowing through. You're a quick walk down the hill to Dennis Village Center (about 1/2 mile), where the local store has a fantastic meat department and also sells alcohol. The walk back up the hill requires some stamina. Although the house is near to main roads, the back yard is incredibly quiet and private, with fence all around. We even saw a deer in the neighbor's front yard one morning! I highly recommend this rental, and we're already booking our week for next summer.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family! The home is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and large comfortable bedrooms. Without a doubt the jewel of this property is the outdoor space! We enjoyed the pool, deck, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and screened porch so much! There are also hidden surprises like a waterfall, a fairy garden, and gorgeous flowers on the property.

Connie was great to work with and made us feel very comfortable in regards to COVID-19 concerns. A great place to make wonderful family memories!

My family just got back from a week at this lovely home. It is very large and has everything you need. My family and I spent almost every waking moment outdoors from coffee on the deck to cocktails on the screened in porch in the evening. The pool area is beautiful and very private and the screened in porch is awesome for dinner and especially evenings after the little ones were asleep. Some went to the beach later in the day but most spent our time in the pool. Lots of shade for those that don't want the sun and lots of sun for the sun worshipers. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Close to the Rte 6A side, my favorite, which is like old Cape Cod. Not the hectic pace over on the RT 28 side. Close to Mayflower Beach but not walking distance. We had four children under five and siz adults and there was enough room to have quiet rooms for the kids while sleeping. They didn't wake each other up!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!

On July 13, 2019 we rented this beautiful Dennis home for our wedding/vacation with our family. I could not have asked for a more beautiful home. Connie was very helpful with giving us ideas for our beach wedding. Any time I had a question, Connie was very quick in responding to me. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The house was big enough with enough rooms so that everyone was not on top of each other. The yard and property is well taken care of. It was so relaxing, we hated to leave. Our family will definitely rent this property again.

This home was beautiful especially the pool, outdoor kitchen, and huge yard beyond the pool area. Beautiful updated bathrooms and plenty of sleeping room. Bedrooms were large. Screened in porch was ideal for our family and the central air conditioning was a must. Large driveway for many cars as well as a garage to keep our bikes. The area is very quiet and private. We had a fabulous week.

This rental was perfect for a family vacation. There were many good features: location (close to Dennis beaches), fully stocked kitchenware, spacious bedrooms, a screened in room for additional indoor dining and central air. But the best feature by far was the backyard. The picture on the website doesn't do it justice. Besides the pool there were two table areas, plenty of yard space for games, a bar area and two large grills.

We are 8 friends, some of us celebrating a 60th birthday, and we couldn't have picked a better place to spend the week. The house was spacious, well equipped, and very well maintained. The weather was spectacular, so we spent almost all of our time outdoors on the resort like grounds. There was plenty of seating around the pool, and plenty of tables and chairs outside as well. It was great having access to a full bathroom from outside, and the outdoor shower got lots of use. When we weren't outside, there was a table on the enclosed porch that sat all of us. The location was great. Some shopped, some golfed, some kayaked, but being together at this awesome property was the highlight. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.

Excellent! Wonderful place for families.
This property is absolutely amazing! Located in a quiet Cape neighborhood, it is surrounded by other beautiful homes. The house and grounds are immaculate and invite relaxation and fun. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and the bunkroom was a big hit with the grandkids! The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you may need, including a juicer! But the real jewel of this property is the large pool and adjoining areas. The wonderful outdoor kitchen and bar was a popular gathering place as well as other areas for families to hang out either in sun or shade. The property is just as described only better! Very close to beaches, restaurants and lots of places to get ice cream! The owners are a delight and provide a comprehensive guide about the workings of the house as well as many suggestions of things to do. They also have a gentleman, Rich, who takes care of the pool, garbage removal etc. He is really helpful. My entire family had the very best time here and would all recommend this wonderful property. It was a sad day when we had to leave and would very definitely return!

Perfect for large groups!
My siblings and I rented this home over 4th of July. The location was perfect - we walked everyday to downtown Dennis for coffee in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. The beaches were a very short drive away. The house, though, was perfect for our 3 families - 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 toddlers! It is private, spacious and the outdoor space is amazing - the photos really don't do it justice!! We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful House!!!! What a beautiful neighborhood!!!! We had two magical weeks in August there. We were traveling with 3 generations, grandparents, my wife and I with my sisters and 4 babies, all the way from Germany to Cape Cod. This house is perfect for families. It has spacious and quiet sleeping rooms and enough and spacious bathrooms. We did not use the eating and living rooms inside, since the outdoor facilities are marvelous. There is a screen porch in the back of the house and next to the kitchen, where we had our feastful breakfasts. But the best part of this property is the perfect pool area with arbor, enough loungers, 2 big eating tables and fantastic outdoor kitchen. You have the gas BBQ with hot and cold water sink, fridge, and bar directly at the pool. Great way of living!!!! The neighborhood has the most beautiful houses in the area. Dennis is great for daytrips. Great restaurants, supermarkets, liquor stores, and beaches are all close by. And you can walk to Dennis Highlands golf course. Richard, who comes by every two days is great and takes care of everything. All in all, good value for money!!!! No doubt about it. You see I am still thrilled with our holiday there.
