The large outdoor deck has a dining area, gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower and opens onto a spacious, well landscaped yard with a lush green lawn with plenty of space for both adults and children to play...and it comes with its very own beach volleyball!

There are two Queen-size bedrooms on the first floor with the Master Bedroom located on the back of the house which has a separate doorway to the the outdoor deck. The Master Bath has a walk-in tiled shower and a jacuzzi tub. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, the other with both a Queen & twin-size. The upstairs full bath has a tub/shower and you'll also find a foos-ball table in foyer for some competitive game time! For a bit more privacy, the 5th bedroom is a separate suite located over the garage with a Queen-size bed and full bath. The last bathroom is a 3/4 bath and is in the breezeway hall, across from the washer/dryer area.
