What is special about this property?
This unit is on the ground floor with a good balance of privacy and easy access. You can keep an eye on the older kids in the pool while staying just outside the unit. Every morning you can wake up and make that very important decision of ''The Pool ?'' or ''The Beach ?''. The best decision is an easy mix of both !!!. You can also sit up high and watch the people go by on Old Wharf Road. When you are hungry, you can easily walk to the full service restaurant (The Sailing Cow) and listen to their music while sitting inside or sit outside viewing Glendon Road Beach.

What is special about your town?
The good news about Dennisport is that its beachfront neighborhood and this unit is right on Nantucket Sound. The area is rimmed with lovely beaches all the way from the Harwich line to the Bass River/Yarmouth town line where West Dennis beach ends. While RT 28 is Main St in Dennisport, you could spend your entire vacation traveling Lower Country Rd and Old Wharf Rd where you can drive to casual and upscale dining, a bit of shopping and a grassy kid's park. If you want to use the full kitchen to cook in, there's places to gather menu items including a wonderful bakery, produce stand, mini markets a fresh fish market, pizza places, an old time hot dog stand (with clam chowder etc. too) and the terrific Sundae School for home made ice cream.

Walk to the Glendon Road Beach from your unit or swim in the pool, the choice is yours. But if you want to explore the other beaches, then Dennis has 15 other beautiful beaches including one of the most lovely on the Cape, Mayflower Beach on the Cape Cod Bay side. The Dennis Town Beach Parking Pass gives you access to the parking lots on Nantucket Sound, Cape Cod Bay and two fresh water lake beaches. While mid-Cape Dennisport has the reputation of being especially family friendly on the Cape, everyone of any age will enjoy themselves with this rental. Enjoy
