''On The Beach'' You'll wish you were here!! Unit A

This will be our 9th year renting unit A, the 3-bedroom unit, and we love it. We were blessed when we found the Breezes. The unit is spacious, immaculate and has all the comforts and touches of home. Except at the Breezes, you are right on your very own private beach. Throughout the years we have had the enjoyment of watching our grandchildren grow up and enjoy the Breezes as much as we do - if not more! The owners, Paul and Anne, are very accommodating, family oriented and just great people. We come back year after year and hopefully our grandchildren will be carrying on our tradition at the Breezes. We Love IT!

My daughter, granddaughter , and I took our first three generation vacation at Breezes this summer. I can't say enough about how each of us enjoyed our entire stay. No one wanted to leave! The private beach gave us plenty of room to lounge and play. I was able to sit on the deck and watch my granddaughter play near the water on the beach without worrying about strangers. The owner was available but not intrusive. We're hoping we will be able to make this an annual event.

We have been coming to Breezes every year since 2000. There are three condos on the water and we have always rented Units A and B to accommodate four generations! This is a lovely property directly on a private beach. Each condo has its own deck with propane grill and hot and cold shower. The condo units share the beach, but it is more than large enough. It is such a joy to be able to watch your grandchildren play in the sand and water just outside your door, or to sit on the deck early in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the lapping of the waves.

The condo is very clean and comes with many amenities such as WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, gas grill, etc. There is no AC, but with the sliders open most of the time, the AC would not likely be effective.

There is obvious pride of ownership. When we arrive each year, there are fresh flowers on the table. The owners live nearby and check in each day so if you have a problem, such as an empty gas tank, they are prompt to respond. And, the owners have also been kind to work with us for some of our special needs.

This is our 15th year renting on the Cape in the West Dennis/Dennisport area and this is by far the best cottage in all of those 15 years. The property was better than described, and the owners obviously take great pride in both the property and the experience of their guests. Paul was by every day to rake our private beach and check to see if there was anything we needed and if there was he took care of it right away. Anne was great to work with in the rental process. The cottage was clean, had everything we needed and the deck was just wonderful, giving you the feeling of complete privacy. Our family has stayed at Breezes for the past 14 years. We have rented each of the three units. For the past 7 years we have rented both units A&B. Each year the owners add a little something more to each unit. This year they added an entire bedroom suite to Unit B and once again, painted the room. They also added 2 new grills, one each for Units A&C. They are always doing something to make your stay even more comfortable than the last. They add appliances - both large & small, they add rugs, furniture, flat screen televisions, DVD players and more to keep things up to date. If you need wi/fi, it is there. It has all the necessary amenities you will need. They truly have pride in ownership and treat you as though you are a guest in their own home.

Each morning Paul stops by to make sure we are enjoying our stay and also to ask if we are in need of anything. He also takes the time to rake the beach of any seaweed and articles that may wash up during the night. The beach and condos are both kept immaculate. This is very important to us as we have our children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren with us in addition to, my mother-in-law. When my mother-in-law first arrived at Breezes; after walking in the front door and looking out the sliders, her first comment was "I'm in Paradise!" Thus, the title of my review. Breezes IS Paradise.

It is wonderful to be able to have the grandchildren play on their "own beach" just steps away from our deck. The water is about 20 yards from the deck. The children and grandchildren can have fun in the water together as the others sit on the deck and enjoy the view. If the grandchildren have to take a nap, we are still able to stay on the deck and listen in. If great-grandma wants to sit inside the condo and look out to the beach at her great-grandchildren, she can. If someone wishes a "snack" all is inside the condo and we do not have to walk a block or more to retrieve food or refreshments - it is all right there! We also do not have to bring floats or umbrellas, they too are there. All of this means a great deal to us because we have a chance to relax.

Each unit also has a toy box in front of the deck. This year our two oldest grandchildren loved the Boogie Boards! They loved "surfing." The smiles on their faces say it all - 'we want to come back'!

If there is a question of where to eat - Paul & Anne know! They have menus in each condo along with personal suggestions of their "favorites." Our family has tried all of their "favorites" and they have never disappointed us.

If there is a question of where to stay - I can tell you - it is Breezes. You will love the private beach with the million dollar view that is all yours for the duration of your stay.

From ages 19 months to 84 years, we all had a wonderful time this year as we have each and every year we have stayed at Breezes.
