This three-bedroom home with 1.5 baths is located in a quiet neighborhood on New Boston Road, off Rte. 6A in Dennis Village. It's just 1.5 miles from Mayflower Beach, named by Parents Magazine as one of the top 10 beaches in the country.

A 16' by 16' family room with ceiling fan, skylight and walls of windows offers a cool and breezy spot to relax, watch TV and share your meals. A backyard patio for dining and relaxation has been recently added.

Outside our front door is a circular roadway that offers a safe spot for children to ride bikes. Our private backyard, patio with table, grill, and outdoor shower provides for easy summer relaxation.

Our home's fully equipped, open kitchen has an island as well as a table that seats 8, with a slider leading to the family room.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own half-bath. The second bedroom has another queen-size bed as well as a double. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin. Our home has air-conditioning window units, washer and dryer, dishwasher, over-the-stove microwave, cable TV service and WiFi.

We are a five-minute drive from restaurants such as Encore, Pecorino’s, Chapin's, and close to gift stores, ice cream shops, restaurants and other attractions along historic Rte. 6A. We are less than two miles from the Dennis Village common and gazebo -- which offers free summertime concerts. We are also about a 15-minute drive to the start of the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.

    Fantastic Family Rental

    Due to our love of Mayflower and Corporation Beaches we decided to try the northside of the Cape rather than Dennisport this year. This house was a perfect rental for my family! The location was ideal for our preferred beaches, and proximity to new discoveries, such as the Village Coffeeshop. The house was immaculate, and well supplied. The porch/family room was our favorite room, and we spent more time out there than anywhere else. The yard was perfect for playing soccer and burning off kid energy.     Wish We Could Have Stayed All Summer...

    Our family vacations at the Cape every summer (for almost 2 decades) and this home was perfect for all our needs! A quiet neighborhood on the bayside with plenty of room to roam inside and out and in close proximity to Mayflower Beach (which allowed us to get good parking early). After a busy day, whether it be at the beach, biking the CCRT, or exploring the lower/outer cape, it was great to go back and relax in the screened porch.     The house was just perfect; clean, updated decor & within 2 miles to Mayflower Beach. Shops, restaurants & stores are a short walk or ride from the house. The host was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend this rental property.

    Spacious, comfortable, clean home

    This home was clean, spacious and close to the most amazing beaches on the cape. The home was immaculate when we arrived. The furniture including beds were so comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the very spacious sunroom playing cards and watching tv in the evening.

    The home is on a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The limited traffic allowed my kids to ride their bikes and scooters. The yard is a great place to grill and play games.

    The proximity to the best beaches on the cape (mayflower, bay view) is key for our family and this property is so close. My husband dropped us off in the beach and then he would drive back and ride his bike to meet us.

    I give this property a 10/10 and would recommend to friends and family. I hope to stay again next year!!

    Great location

    Just off the beaten path with great proximity to Mayflower and Chapin beaches. A short walk to the Dennis Village shops and restaurants. The Cape Cod Playhouse is close as well. The house is very clean and comfortable and the closed in porch is a great place to hang out after a busy day.

    Perfect Rental

    This house is perfect. The house itself is very clean, new comfortable furniture, huge TV, wifi, and plenty of room. Plush grass in the spacious yard. Gas grill that looks new. Clean outdoor shower. On the edge of what I would describe as a cul de sac with a large grass field in the middle—perfect for a game of wiffle ball or Frisbee. Perfect location as well. Less than two miles from Mayflower Beach which has the best sunsets. Short ride to Sandy Neck Beach where you can have a bonfire on the beach at night (bring hotdogs and s'mores to cook). Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located on the Cape in general. Easy to do little day trips to other parts of the Cape/Islands from here. Many close options for food from Dennis Public Market (excellent choice of food for the grill), to Stop and Shop, to Sesuit Harbor Café. Just a perfect rental! show more show less

    Perfect Cape Getaway

    This cozy ranch was clean and in a great location with close vicinity to beaches, convenient stores, sandwich shops, and restaurants. Its central location made it easy to make a day trip to the Upper Cape and Provincetown. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for the kids to ride bikes or play in the yard. After visiting again in 2020, the main bathroom was updated and refinished with modern amenities. The owner was very responsive and flexible to accommodating our needs.     Great House, Perfect Location

    The house was spotless and an excellent, quiet location. A short distance to a great beach and close to good restaurants. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room. Large backyard for the kids to play in, and a great gas grill for cook-outs. We had a wonderful vacation, one that our family will remember for a long time. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

    This home has been in the family since 1976 and we keep it well maintained and enjoy it year round!

    What is special about your town?
    The Bayside has a little less traffic and the best beach on the Cape is only a few miles away as well as quaint shops, ice cream, candy store and scargo lake.
