Your family will enjoy the comforts of home and the convenience of all that Cape Cod has to offer in this beautiful home with central air. There are three spacious bedrooms with large closets and TV's in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare a nice dinner at or on the weber gas grill home that you can enjoy out on the patio or at the dining room table. You can watch a movie in the living room in one of the two recliners or lounge on the sofa. The two full bathrooms are super clean, and the outside shower with changing room is perfect for rinsing off after a day at one of Dennis' many beaches.(Please email with any further questions or for more pictures.)
(No washer dryer, but there is a Laundromat 1 mile away)

There are two beaches within 1/2 mile of the house. Take a walk around the corner and enjoy some famous Sundae School ice cream. Relax in the front yard on the Adirondack chairs while the kids ride bikes in the cul-de-sac or play in the yard. Dennis is centrally located and just minutes from Chatham and Hyannis.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and conveniently located house that had everything we needed for our stay. (Two adults and two teenagers but house could easily accommodate six with master bedroom, two bedrooms with two twin beds in each and two full bathrooms.) 10 minute walk to Sea Street Beach with calm, warm water and excellent burgers at snack stand. Outdoor shower at the house was a big hit after getting off beach.5 minute walk to Wee Packet for breakfast and 2 minute walk to Sundae school for ice cream. Close to Cuffy's for some shopping, close to Pirates Cove for mini golf and close enough to Hyannis that we caught the ferry for a day trip to Nantucket. Host was very accommodating and communication was excellent.

    Good value, close to everything.

    With each floor having its own bathroom, this house is ideal for families or two couples. Location is very handy to multiple restaurants, ice cream, the beach, hiking, biking, and shopping. Ideal spot if you don't want to spend your vacation driving around. Deck was nice for having breakfast or just chill out. Neighbors were all quiet and being on a dead end cul de sac helps too. Owner is friendly and communicated well and checked to make sure all is good. Wifi was excellent. Air conditioning worked fine for us, although with the gentle ocean breezes Cape Cod offers near the shore, it seldom needed to be turned on. Will definitely consider this one again in the future. show more show less

    First time renting a house, couldn’t have gone any better!

    We stayed the 2nd week of August, with another couple. This 3 BR house was perfect, well appointed, very clean, along with all the amenities anyone could ever need for a short stay, including a grill, dishes, silverware....everything. We never cooked anything except maybe toast and muffins, choosing to sample the local fare for our dinners. The back deck had a nice table and chairs that got plenty of use. Good side yard where the kids could play.

    Our host, Bill, couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Being first time renters, I was full of questions leading up to our vacation, and I would text them to him and would normally have a response within a few hours, if not sooner.

    Beds were excellent, in fact, once we got home we decided we had such good “sleeps” we bought the exact same mattress (upstairs queen bed) we had at this house. (Can’t get a better recommendation than that.) Water pressure in the showers was excellent as well.

    Three minute walk to “Sundae School”, five minute walk to Wee Packet...excellent breakfast! Half a mile walk to Nantucket Sound beaches... but the 2nd and better beach is a little further.

    All in all, we made a great find when we decided on renting this house. This was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we need a house.

    A wonderful stay at the Cape!

    Wonderful, quiet spot! The house is comfortable and very well equipped. We especially loved the deck and BBQ. Beautiful beach within walking distance,and others just a short drive away. We spent hours just relaxing and reading. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants close by, and for dessert, ice cream at Sundae School is just around the corner!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this wonderfully maintained and clean home. This home has it all...location, cable , wifi, a/c, and on a cul de sac so there is minimal traffic...     September vacation

    For the last several years, my husband and I have visited the Cape and stayed at several different houses. Last year we decided to rent this property for the week. We found this house to be one of the best we have ever rented. It sits on a very private street, but close enough to get anywhere quickly. On this particular week it was very warm and humid. Unusual for the Cape. Fortunately for us this house is air conditioned, a feature you don't often see in rental houses. It was terrific. We would be happy to return to this property next year.     This house states there is central air. You can not put the temperature below 72. The bedrooms upstairs were extremely hot. We had to buy fans in order to survive the week.

    When I contacted Bill he explained that the temperature cannot go below 72. Should put in this in the description. Keep in mind, warm air rises and the thermostat is downstairs.

    We stayed with our two pre-teens and a toddler in the cottage in August of 2017. This noise proof house was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located.
    We walked to the beach twice a day, it was an enjoyable short walk to a lovely family-friendly beach. Kids loved that the famous Sunday School was so close by, we also enjoyed walking to the near-by restaurants and the mini golf course. It was very convenient to have air conditioner (which we only needed to use once), two clean bathrooms and everybody loved the outdoor shower with hot water. We hope to be able to come back next summer and recommend this place to anybody. Lovely place, very reasonable, friendly owner.

    "The Spagnola's house was perfect for our week long stay in the Cape. Dennis Port is by far one of my favorite towns to stay in, and this house is located close to everything. We were sure to walk over to Sundae School multiple times during our stay. The Sand Dollar was also a great spot to grab some late night drinks. Sea St beach was within walking distance and all of the Dennis ocean side beaches were only a few minutes drive away. The home has very large bedrooms, a great private sitting area outside and a large outdoor shower. Everything was extremely clean and the house had everything you need.     My family and I had a wonderful dennisport vacation at Bills home. It was in a great location, less than 10 minute walk to Sea St. Beach. House was very clean and reasonably priced. Great private back yard. We would definitely rent this home again!

    Wonderful, relaxing vacation

    We enjoyed the comforts of this cottage which felt more like home. The property is very clean, fully equipped to cook whatever you would like and different options for eating meals outside on the deck or patio. The outdoor shower is relaxing and updated.

    We were able to take a short walk to an amazing beach, wonderful bakery and delicious ice cream shop. The children enjoyed playing in the cul-de-sac, and the outdoor shower and backyard are very private and relaxing. Overall pride in ownership is present throughout this wonderful cottage.
