    Fabulous Cape retreat, 9 years in a row!

    You cannot find a better rental to enjoy with your family. The house has great space, both inside and out for your extended family. I have rented Phil's house for the last 9 years and created so many great memories here. Mayflower and Bayview beaches are a very short walk, walk to Chapins Bayside for a drink or dinner or to Gina's By the Sea. Don't forget sunset, the best sunsets on the East Coast. The deck and the yard are beautiful and Phil is very responsive should you need anything. I highly recommend this property! show more show less

    This home has been in our family since 1946.
    We own multiple rental properties in the Framingham area but this is our only cape rental.
    We also own 12 time share rentals in Aruba and Florida.

    This property is located in walking distance to 2 of the Cape's best beaches.
    Mayflower Beach and Bay View Beach are only 3/10 of a mile from our home.
