It has a large family/sunroom with sliding doors all around that let in great natural light and a cool night breeze. The back deck is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or have a barbeque on the gas grill. Take a shower in the enclosed heated outdoor shower in your private fenced in back yard. Safe neighborhood for walking or riding bikes.

It is walking distance to Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor, Royal Pizza, Cleat & Anchor, Southside Cantina, What’s the Scoop Ice Cream, Wolfie’s Bakery, Chapin's Fish & Chips, and the Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Stand.

Close to many restaurants: The Ocean House, Swan River Seafood Rest & Market, The Oyster Company, Wee Packet and many more.
