We enjoyed our week at your perfect cottage. The location is excellent being close to everything! The cottage was spotless and what a nice touch to be greeted with snacks, wine and water!

I enjoyed myself with family and friends. Great location to beaches and restaurants. The cottage Accommodations were very nice and clean good yard space for evening cookouts and refreshments. I would highly recommend this place.

Jill & I have stayed here a bunch of years since 2016. It's absolutely situated in a perfect area, close to everything. Sundae School, West Dennis beach & shopping. Private patio, outdoor shower, A/C, great for 2 or 4 people. Snacks & bottles of wine greeting you. Highly recommend this rental !!!!!!

This is the perfect little cottage either for a couple, or a party of four. The location is perfect and the two car driveway helps for when friends come over to enjoy the beach. Within walking distance to many beaches and best of all, across the street from The Ocean House - both the tiki bar and restaurant are fantastic. The outdoor shower was amazing and the air conditioning runs great/cold.

My mother and I stayed at this cottage on our first trip to Cape Cod for the celebration of her 65th birthday, and I'm so happy we did. It was a great experience! I generally don't like staying in hotels or shared places, but this property was SO clean and well maintained. My mother is also diabetic, and we arrived after 6 hours of driving to find snacks and water - this was such a nice and thoughtful touch. It's also super close to a cute little beach that is 3 minutes away by walking with a plethora of restaurants near by as well.

The host was also amazingly accommodating and helpful since our trip coincided with the end of Hurricane Hermine. It turned out that everything had passed, but she helped keep me up to date on the weather conditions and plan B, should we not be able to make it for some reason. In short, I consider myself fairly picky, and it was a wonderful place to stay! :) show more show less

My family and I stayed at this great little cottage the 2nd week in August. It’s walking distance to 3 beautiful beaches, the Wee Packet and Sundae School. We loved being directly across the street from the Ocean House beach bar. Needless to say, it’s an excellent location! The 2-bedroom cottage is newly renovated with ACs for the hot summer days and an outdoor patio set to enjoy the ocean breeze. The brand new outdoor shower was a fantastic experience after walking back from the beach. />
Laurie was easy to get a hold of and great to rent from. She went above and beyond! We loved the surprise basket of snacks and wine! We definitely recommend renting this relaxing spot and hope to return next year. If you’re looking for a Cape getaway in an amazing location, this is the place for you! show more show less

Jill & I couldn't have been happier with this property rental, which has just been totally redone and it shows. There were just the two of us but plenty or room for four. A great breakfast nook / patio and gas grill out back. We were greeted with wine and chips and snacks upon arrival. Breakfast is literally right across the street, a few more steps is the beach tiki bar, and a few more steps after that was the beach!!!! A great location close to the ocean. A wonderful vacation spent on Cape Cod. The cottage was very clean,and so close to the water. The owner Laurie was an angel. She went all out to make us happy. Thanks for everything.
