Family Oasis with Private Pool - Walk to Beach/Tennis

The home was immaculate and stocked with everything you would want or need on a Cape vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing but there is still plenty to do at the house (pool, tennis, cornhole) or exploring other areas. We hope to rent again next year!

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Rachel, was very responsive to any questions I had before and after arriving at the property. The house had everything we needed and more and everything was very clean, well organized, and easy to find. It was nice that they provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon among other things which made our packing for the trip easier. The foosball table, ping-pong table and darts in the basement and the swimming pool and cornhole in the backyard were great for family fun time. The nearby walking trails and Pickleball/tennis courts provided even more fun options. Our favorite beach was an easy 15 minute drive from the house. I would definitely recommend this property to other families and I would stay here again with my family. Thank you, Rachel for being a great host!

An ideal place to relax and visit the Cape; easy access to shops and tourist locations the pool and bbq area great to spend time with family. Very easy to check in and out ; we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Will definitely stay again

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful Cotuit home! The location was perfect for exploring the area—it's nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. The accommodation itself was spotless and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The hosts provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. The outdoor kitchen and pool made the outside feel like our favorite room.

Considering the amenities and the level of comfort, we found the price to be very reasonable. We especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels upon arrival and the complimentary beach gear available for use.

Overall, our experience here was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Cape Cod getaway. We can't wait to come back! show more show less

We really enjoyed Driftwood! We were a group of four adults and two kids and had a very relaxing and easy stay. There was a ton of room for everyone both inside and out. The den was perfect in the evenings with table tennis, foosball and separate TV area for the kids. The patio, entertaining area and fire pit was used a lot throughout our stay and having a pool right there was awesome. We also walked down to the beach which was only a few minutes away. The house had enough towels and chairs for the beach and a convenient cart to bring your stuff with you. Stop & Shop was a very short drive and we made use of both the indoor and outdoor kitchens. We also recommend ordering Italian food from Siena in Mashpee! Overall it was a really great stay and we'd love to come back next year! show more show less

This is a clean, contemporary, spacious house with a nice loft area and basement to store your loud kids! There's plenty of room to spread out in the sunroom, kitchen/dining area, and living room too.
The outdoor entertainment space was my favorite part. It has an area for sitting around the firepit, a grill, outdoor mini fridge, bocce ball, and a pool. The nearby private beach is walkable or you can park there with the house pass. My kids loved it there. The owners are easy to communicate with and make you feel welcome. I'm already recommending the house to some friends! show more show less
