Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in August. The house is spacious and very well appointed, but the backyard is the highlight. There is beautiful landscaping, along with an outdoor shower and firepit area you could sit around every night. The deck is perfect for family gatherings and Summer dining el fresco.
The kitchen has everything you need, and is a dream for coffee lovers like us.
Beds were so comfortable, and having a beach pass included was a big bonus.
Whether you're inside or outside, this home has what you need for a great Cape Cod vacation. We will be back! show more show less

This house has everything you need to have a quiet getaway in the cape with your family. The house is decorated beautifully, the kitchen has everything you might need, and the beds are super comfy! The bunk room for the kids was key for us; and there were additional spaces for the kids to sleep and hang out, namely a basement space with a ping pong table, pull out sofa and tv! The yard was amazing, awesome firepit, outdoor dining space, and a swing set for the kids to boot. There is a small pond less than a half mile from the property for a calm and tranquil retreat after a long day. Can't say enough good things! show more show less

We loved our stay with my wife and 3 kids. The kitchen have everything even a air fryer. Nice backyard with outside shower, fire place with enough chair to have people over and a big BBQ. A Brand new air conditioning that fill all the rooms. And the Beach pass is a real perk I didn't see in much rental before that one.
I like to try a new rental every year but I'm gonna stick with that one a bit longer I think

Lovely neighborhood. Home was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. More spacious than it appears in photos with plenty of room for all my family. Tastefully decorated interior and the gardens on the grounds were simply beautiful. The children enjoyed spending time in the back yard on the swing set and hammock and we all enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Beautiful house, clean, spatious and great location (calm and remote but not too far from everything). Overall it was a great experience. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable. Rental process was easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again!

The house was very clean, well furnished, cozy, and had everything you could ever possibly need. It is set back from the road, giving you that perfect feeling of "getting away from it all." The inside is surprisingly spacious with sunshine flooding in everywhere - revealing just how immaculately clean every square inch is. You literally could eat off the floor! The kitchen is so fully stocked with everything you could ever need, I felt my kitchen at home was sorely lacking. The decor makes it feel cozy and welcoming, and the closet space is to die for. I could rave on and on about the inside, but it's the backyard that really took my breath away. From the wooden deck that provides plenty of space for dining and relaxing, to the outdoor shower, hammock, grill, swing set for the kids and fire pit, I honestly could have stayed there forever. The woods in the back provide complete privacy and full entertainment as I sat with my morning coffee and watched all the wildlife scamper about. It really is the perfect oasis, while still being close enough to restaurants, parks, beaches and whatever other amenity you may need. Awesome hiking trail nearby that is great for exercise and a quiet picnic. I cannot recommend this property enough! show more show less

We had a wonderful time! The house has easy accessibility to area activities, trails, and the beach (plus the beach pass was included), but we were happy to just relax in this beautiful home. It's beautifully finished and furnished, with air conditioning and room for the WHOLE family - plus, a backyard oasis that's well equipped for grilling and relaxing on a nice summer day. We will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I stayed here last summer(2023). Our original plans fell through at the last minute. We contacted them and were so happy we did. The owners were amazing to work with, great communication, speedy and informative responses. The home was clean and had everything we could need in a rental for a wonderful, relaxing Cape Cod experience. We will definitely be contacting them for future rentals at the Cape. Highly recommend!!
