Beautiful house with all the amenities. The owners thought of everything and made our stay welcoming and cozy, as if we were in our own home. The back yard was perfect for the dogs to play in an enclosed area. Nice neighborhood for quiet walks. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Shawn for sharing your home with us.

We loved this sunny home! It has great amenities - brand new washer and drier, dishwasher, fire pit, outdoor grill, plenty of hot water in the two full baths, microwave, flat screen t.v., a powerful air conditioner, and a beach pass to boot! The house was very clean and is tastefully decorated in a West Elm meets Cape Cod style. The owner was wonderful to work with - engaged, conscientious but not at all intrusive. We loved this home! It was perfect for our annual family Cape vacation. The whole house was very clean and comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable and the two full bathrooms were up to date and spacious. There was also plenty of gathering spaces, we especially loved the sunroom! The fenced in yard and garden is beautiful and it was perfect for coffee in the morning and a fire-pit with s'mores at night. It was also ideal for our family pet! This is the perfect home for family gatherings! The sleeping accomodations are clean and comfortable and the two different sitting areas lend themselves to larger groups to gather and not be stepping on each other. It's great to have seperate areas for kids and adults, if one chooses this, or for different conversations to take place. Large and comfy, well set up kitchen, highly recommend.

My wife and I booked this place in June and had a great stay. The house was clean and had a calm vibe with a sunroom to enjoy good natural light when reading.

The backyard has a small fireplace to get some sun exposure and BBQ. Appliances are well maintained with pretty much everything we need to do casual cooking.

Location-wise, it was at the center of many tour places within ~20 min of driving range.
The owners are very helpful to point us to special places to eat.

If you're looking to explore the Cape Cod area in-depth, highly recommend it.

This is a lovely, large, and comfortable house in a great location. A nice ice cream shop just on the next street (great for the summer treat). Close to a couple of local beaches, too. So many nice little touches from the décor to the outdoor garden. We absolutely love the ocean theme décor throughout the house. We loved the bright sunroom with a high ceiling, and many windows allowing sunlight to come in. We sat there to relax and enjoy our evening. We also loved the huge backyard and fire pit. We had a great time sitting around the fire pit to enjoy a summer night. Definitely will come back. show more show less
